Follow the steps below to collect everything you need for an effective case study:
Step 1: Find & Collect B&A Photos
Before collecting new B&A photos, you should first go through your list of patient records to find your BEST transformations.
Ideally, you want transformations that result from a combination of treatments.
This highlights the benefits of combination therapy and the importance of multiple treatments for optimal results.
If you only have single treatment results, that’s ok, but strive to collect combination treatment B&A photos in the future.
If you only have before photos, contact patients to bring them back in for after photos and offer a free or discounted treatment as an incentive.

PRO TIP: To get started as quickly as possible, start with your own B&A photos and create a case study for yourself. Not only is this an easy way to get started, but it also shows you walk the talk and use your treatments. Once you have a case study for yourself, you can collect case studies from your staff as well.
Step 2: Collect Google Reviews from B&A Photo Patients
For every successful before and after photo you find, ask for a Google review from that patient.

2) Case Study Collection Incentives
The best way to ensure your staff consistently collects case studies is to incentivize them for each case study created.
Here’s what we recommend:
- $250 for each completed case study
- A completed case study contains:
- B&A photo
- Google review
- Client interview or video testimonial
- Writeup
You can also provide a partial incentive, such as $150, until the interview/video is collected, as sometimes they are more difficult to collect from clients.

0:01 Alright, in this video, we're gonna go over how to collect case studies. So now that we've reviewed why you should collect case studies Let's go through this system for actually collecting them.
0:09 And collecting case studies comes down to two things, a system systems and incentives. So we're gonna first go over the system for how to collect case studies and then the incentives to get your staff to collect them without your direct involvement.
0:21 So let's remember that an effective case study contains the following. So the first thing is the headline need to need to have a compelling headline at the top to summarize the transformation.
0:29 Then you have the before and after photo, the analysis, which explains the transformation more. So the patient's story, and then how you help them.
0:36 And then optional, you can also have a video analysis with a loop video, just like this video right here where you're going through the transformation and explaining it in more detail.
0:45 You then have the Google review to back up the transformation and then an interview or video testimonial to back up the transformation even more.
0:51 So it's not mandatory to have all these elements. Sometimes it can be difficult to collect the interview or the video testimonial.
0:57 Sometimes you may have other elements and all that other ones so you don't need every element This is just this is just what a complete case study looks like Okay, so how to actually collect case studies the first step is to find and collect before and after photos So before collecting new before and
1:13 after photos you probably have a database of before and after photos with your existing clients You want to go through those and find the best transformations ideally transformations that have resulted from combination treatments These are the most powerful case studies when you show people how you combine

1:37 So if you only have single treatments, that's okay, but in the future, try to focus on combination therapy case studies.
1:43 Also, if you only have before before photos, you can contact patients to bring them back for after photos and you can incentivize them.
1:50 So you can say, hey, we want to offer you this free treatment or a discounted treatment as an incentive, as an incentive.
1:55 And then to collect new before and after photos, you can follow our welcome sequence training, which will show you the process for bringing people in and getting their photos taken.
2:03 So pro tip, it's actually the easiest way to get started is to start with your own before and after photos and create a case study for yourself.
2:13 You want to start with yourself because, you know, you should be your best case study. You should be doing your own treatments.
2:18 Not only is this an easy way to get started. it shows that you walk the talk and use your treatments.
2:22 So start with yourself and then you can also get your staff case studies as well. So once you have your case study, every staff member should have a case study.
2:31 So you can walk through everyone that works here. They're all using the treatments. They're all getting great results and you should collect case studies for them as well.
2:38 And it will be very easy to do so. So that's an easy way to get started before you move on to your clients.
2:43 Step two is to collect Google reviews from the before and after photo patients. So for every really successful result transformation that you get, you should make sure that that has an associated Google review.

3:03 But for the people that have really good results, you can just reach out to them personally over iMessage to your iPhone and maybe offer them some sort of gift card or some sort of incentive.
3:13 and be like, hey, you have an amazing result, and we would love you to get a Google review, and you can give them an incentive for that.
3:22 And then step three is to interview the clients or get a video testimonial. So on top of those reviews, it's even more powerful if you collect an interview or a testimonial.

4:07 If you're storing it on Google Drive, after photo, after photo link, you can check off if you have the Google review, same with the interview or testimonial and then also the link to the testimonial and then a checkbox for if you've added it to the funnel, which I'll go through in another video, and
4:21 then also the commission that you paid to your staff. So I'm going to cover this in a couple minutes here, but it's going to show you also you should be commissioning and incentivizing your staff to collect these for you.
4:34 All right, step four is to add the case studies the master appointment funnel. So I have right here. So you're going to go to this training.
