It’s a warzone out there. No wonder so many clinics are struggling.

So, what is the solution?

Stop promising people you can help them and start PROVING IT.

No, I don’t just mean B&A photos. I’m talking full-blown case studies.

See below. An effective medical spa case study contains:

How many clinics are doing this? Not many.

The ones who do are crushing it. (I know because they are my clients. 😉)

THIS is what’s required to cut through the noise & b.s.

THIS is what’s required to attract patients who truly value the service you provide.

Is it easy? No. You have to get the photos, the review, interview the client, etc.

This is the whole point. If it was easy it would be common and by nature not as effective.

Let me backtrack a bit though… it is only hard ONCE.

This is because you can set up the systems and incentives so your TEAM does it for you.

This is how you win.

0:00 Alright, in this video, I'm going to talk about case studies and why you should be focusing on case studies and why you should be creating case studies for your med spa. 0:09 So I'm a huge fan of case studies. I love to create case studies for forever book. We use them for our marketing and I truly believe is the most potent form of marketing that a med spa can use because the med the medesthetics market is rapidly changing. 0:25 There's more competitors or higher costs, thinner margins. The industry is booming. There's tons of money to be made. But only those who adapt those who get it wrong are going to get stuck in this Race to the bottom where you work harder for less and less money You want to avoid that at all costs and 0:40 one hyperpote strategy to do that to escape this race to the bottom is Proof so let me explain the more competition there is the more promises are being made in the marketplace The more promises are being made the less effective they inherently become the market becomes jaded your promises don't land 0:57 like they used to so So you can't make ads anymore that just say, hey, we're a great clinic 25 years of experience coming for a free consultation. 1:04 Everyone, like, there just been so many of those promises made that no one really cares anymore. So even if you get someone's attention, you still must convince them they need to come to you. 1:14 It is truly a war zone out there. And this is why so many clinics are struggling. So what's the solution? 1:19 The solution is to stop promising people that you can help them and start proving it. And I don't just mean by through the use of before and after photos or even reviews. 1:27 I'm talking about full-blown case studies. So here's an example of a case study. The case study has five different elements to it. 1:36 The first element is the before and after photo up top. So the before and after photo to demonstrate the transformation. 1:43 You then have the sexy headline which is to summarize the transformation down 55 pounds. They completely energize within nine months. 1:51 You then have the write-up which is to explain the transformation. So time frame treatments use like the results and any downtime then you have the Google review to back up the transformation because people may be like, oh, this is just, you know, made up how they, how do I know this is real? 2:06 So you add the Google review and then you also ideally have an interview or video testimonial to back up the transformation even more. 2:13 It's all about belief, it's all about creating belief in your prospect's mind that you can get the results that you're getting and you can actually fulfill because as more clinics, as this industry becomes more mature, there's more people who are being, you know, duped, they're having horror stories, 2:30 not getting good results if you're getting botched, it's just so important that your marketing creates a massive amount of trust. 2:35 And the best way to do that is to the use of case studies. When you have all this information together, how can you, how can you fake this, right? 2:41 You can fake a Google review, but you can't fake all this coming together into one case study. And I'm not just Saying this to say it. 2:51 I we already have medspos doing this and it works great plus I use it for my own company So like probably one of the reasons why you're a client of ours is because you saw all of our proof and case studies So I've literally this marketing funnel. 3:03 I've literally made millions of dollars with this funnel and whenever we get new case studies for our clients we add them here. 3:09 So it's all the same elements. We can't really have a before and after photo, but we have like the photo of the client, the write-up, the headline, the Google review, screenshots, interview, all that together. 3:20 So this is a huge focus for me because in order that it works, it's going to work even better for you in a local marketplace because in my market, like other agencies, they use case studies all the time, but in your local marketplace, clinics, they aren't creating these case studies. 3:35 I know because I've been on all the websites. Sure, a lot of them will have, you know, before and after photos and, you know, reviews, but very few clinics are bringing all this together into complete case studies that have all these things that come together. 3:49 So this is why it's super important for you to do this. Yeah, just like I said, not many clinics who are doing it. 3:55 So the ones who do that are going to crush it. I'm telling you, I already have clients doing this, they're doing super well. 4:00 This is what's required to really cut through the noise in the BS. This is what's required to attract patients and to truly evaluate the service you provide, it's not easy because you need to collect the photos, interview the client, et cetera, but that's the whole point, right? 4:12 If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. I will backtrack though and say that it's only hard once because all you need to do in your clinic is set up a system to get these before and after photos and reviews and you can incentivize your staff. 4:25 So, for example, in my company, forever booked, I incentivize my marketing coaches. Whenever they collect Google reviews, interviews, et cetera, we give them a bonus and that incentivizes them to do that. 4:35 So when you're clinic, you should do the same. These case studies are worth their weight in gold. Like if I was gonna put a monetary value on each one of our case studies, it would be like probably over 10 grand at least because it's gonna get us a lot of clients. 4:48 So it's worth spending a fraction of that money to incentivize your staff to collect this proof and then put it together in your marketing. 4:57 So this is the video to just shamelessly convince you that you need to do these case studies.
