0:00 Alright, in this video, I'm gonna go over a funnel overview. So this is a visual overview of what we call the master appointment funnel.
0:09 And this can be found by going to, um, going to your software account. If you go into sites and then in here, it's gonna say master appointment funnel.
0:18 This is a, uh, this account has a bunch of other sites on it, but in your case, you're only gonna see this.
0:23 So you click on master appointment funnel. And then inside, you're gonna see all these different funnel pages here. And in this video, I'm going to explain what all these pages do and what their purposes are.
0:32 So, a funnel, if you haven't heard of the term, you probably heard of it before, but it's essentially a set of web pages to get people from point A to point B being someone who doesn't really know your business is unfamiliar with what you're doing, what your offer is, all the way to someone who books
0:46 an appointment and comes in by something and becomes a long-term client. So, at the left side of the funnel, you have the traffic sources.
0:53 is the main sources of traffic in the forever book program, or the main ones meta ads, so Facebook and Instagram.
1:00 We also have training for you to set up Google ads. We have a way to get appointments in from your website, so our website request forum, website chat, and Instagram DMs.
1:10 So on the left side you have the traffic. Let's look at Google ads first. So Google ads, it goes to this master public funnel, which on this page is this funnel right here.
1:19 And it goes to a page called the Google ads opt-in page. So it goes here, and then it goes to the landing pages, landing page, and opt in page there's synonymous.
1:28 So it means the same thing. So the landing page is going to look like this. This is a templated landing page that you're able to set up for your business.
1:37 So someone goes to Google ads. They're going to go through the process. They're going to click on your Google ad and go to a landing page that looks something like this.
1:45 After the landing page, they fill out their information, so they're going to fill out this opt-in form. And then once they do that, they're going to go to a thank you page and a thank you page looks something like this.
1:58 This is going to be the thank you page. This is just a template right now, so it's going to say thank you, reply to the text to lock in your savings and confirm your spot, and then it has some other stuff down here.
2:09 And then after that, once they submit the the opt in form, they go to the thank you page, the AI is going to engage with them.
2:17 So the AI is going to engage them. They're going to send them a text to get them to actually confirm the appointment and book an appointment with you.
2:25 Once they do confirm the text, it becomes a hot lead in your account. So a hot lead is someone that has filled out a form.
2:32 They responded to the AI. They said they're interested and then once someone becomes a hot lead It's your turn. It's your staff Front desk job to contact that person go through the appointment booking workflow We also have the ability to send the proof page to people who have opted in so if you go to
2:51 this master appointment funnel you'll see this proof page here and the proof page is simply meant to send to people who are interested in your services to give you more information on your clinic and also show them case studies and reviews.
3:04 Case studies are review and reviews are some of the most powerful forms of marketing and after someone books an appointment or after someone expresses interest in booking we want to show them that you are in fact a legit clinic you get great results and we want to really pre-sell your services before
3:19 you but they come in so that's already able to send them to this proof page and on this page you can put all your case studies reviews to get them sold on your business.
3:29 So you send them to the proof page and the next step is to get the appointment book. So as you're following up, you're going to the appointment booking workflow.
3:37 You want to get them to book the appointment. Once they book the appointment, they're going to shop to the appointment.
3:43 You're going to go through the in clinic sales process to turn them into a closed lead or someone that's purchased from you, someone who's won in the software and then after that you have them come to future appointments.
3:53 Then we have one feedback loop here, which is the referral rocket system. So after you actually sell someone something, you have the ability to turn that client into even more clients through our referral rocket system.
4:05 So we can go to the referral rocket landing page, have that person enter the names and phone numbers of up to five their friends, and then our AI is going to kick in to those friends to get them to book as well.
4:15 So there's this feedback loop that's happening with people that have actually purchased from you to get them to refer other people in the cycle continues.
4:21 So that's just one example from one lead source we also have meta ads. So with meta ads, people don't go to the landing page.
4:29 They fill out a form directly on Facebook and Instagram. So that's why they don't go to a landing page. However, once they do submit that form, they go to the meta ads.
4:40 Thank you page. So this is the thank you page that people go to after they submit a form on meta.
4:46 It's very similar to the thank you page for Google ads. Let's just give it a second to load here. It's a meta as thank you page and it's very similar, right?
4:56 People are going to go to this page and then it has them reply wide to confirm the offer. And then with meta, it's very similar.
5:05 Once people submit this form, the AI is going to engage, to turn them into a hot lead through that I'm going to follow this booking workflow.
5:13 Website request, they submit a request directly on the website, then they go to the website requests landing page, the website requests thank you page and then they become a hot lead.
5:24 With the website chat lead, they don't go through a funnel at all because it's purely through chat. So if someone submits the, there's a little pop up bubble that pops up on your website.
5:35 They're going to submit their information. They're not going to go to a funnel. The cold leads AI is going to engage them and turn them into a hot lead.
5:43 Same with Instagram DMs. They're not going to any landing pages. They're just interacting with our AI. The AI is going to turn them into a hot lead and then you're going to book them through your appointment book workflow.
5:53 So I hope that makes sense. I just want to visualize how people are coming into the forever book system through this master appointment booking funnel.
