Add Case Studies To Funnel

NOTE: Ensure you’ve first gone through “Why You Should Create Case Studies” to understand the importance of case studies.

  1. Access The Proof Page
    • Navigate to the “Sites” section of your dashboard.
    • Go to “Funnels” -> “Master Appointment Funnel.”
    • Click “Proof Page” and then click “Edit”
  2. Add Case Study Headline
    • Scroll down to find the “Results & Case Studies” section.
    • Briefly describe the transformation and main treatment(s) used.
  3. Add B&A Photos
    • Upload your before and after images from your computer by selecting them through the image selector.
  4. Add Patient Story
    • Use the provided prompt to create patient story using ChatGPT.

    • Prompt below. NOTE that you must change the writeup info to match your case study. The writeup info is provided in the prompt below as a template.

      I want you to create a compelling case study write-up for my medical spa. I will provide bullet points detailing a patient’s experience, and you will transform them into a short, engaging narrative (one to two paragraphs). The story should highlight the patient’s journey—starting with their struggles, their decision to seek treatment, their experience with our clinic, and the emotional impact of their results.

  5. Add “How We Helped” Section
    • This contains the same info you put in the ChatGPT prompt, only it’s shown in bullet points.
  6. Insert a Google Review
    • Take a screenshot of a relevant Google review.
    • Upload the screenshot into the case study section by double-clicking on the image area.
  7. Add a Video Analysis (Optional)
    • This can be done with a simple free screen recording software like Loom. Example HERE.
  8. Add a Video Testimonial (Optional)
    • If available, include a video testimonial from the client to enhance credibility. See instructions HERE. Example HERE.
  9. Save the Case Study
    • Click the “Save” button to save changes internally (this does not publish the case study).
    • A message will appear indicating that it’s a global section, which will sync across other pages.
  10. Publish the Case Study
    • After saving, click “Publish” to make the case study public and accessible online.
  11. Add Additional Case Studies
    • To create a new case study, duplicate the existing case study by clicking the “Clone” button.
    • Convert the duplicated section into a global section by saving it and adding it to the global section.
    • Repeat steps 1-11 for each additional case study.
  12. Update Other Pages
    • Navigate to other pages (e.g., Google Ads Thank You page) where the case study should appear.
    • Click “Plus,” select “Global Section,” and add the newly created case study.

00:00 Alright, in this video we're going to go through how to add case studies to your funnels. So at this point you should have gone through the funnel training, the case study training, why you should collect case studies, how to collect them, how to distribute them, which goes over a process for distributing 00:15 them. And the first and main way of distributing your case studies is through your funnel. So really important, especially to watch this video here, why we should, why you should create case studies, so watch that one. 00:27 But now we're going to get to the process of actually adding the case studies to your funnel. So the first step is to navigate to your software and we're going to find the proof page in your software. 00:35 So inside your software here, you're going to go to sites and then once you get to sites, you're going to make sure you're on the Funnels tab and you're going to click this master appointment funnel. 00:43 If you don't see this, what I would do, what you need to do is go back here under funnel training, go to request your master appointment funnel. 00:51 This is a relatively new funnel. If you've been with us for you know, months or years, it may not be in your account. 00:57 so you want to go through that process to make sure that we load up this funnel into your account. So you have the most recent version of it. 01:03 So yeah, just go through that if you don't see it. So you want to access the funnel, click here, and then inside the funnel, you want to click the proof page here. 01:12 If you don't understand how this whole thing works, we have other videos on it in the funnel training, just how it works, funnel overview. 01:19 These videos will show you how this funnel works. But basically the proof page is a standalone page where you're going to house like your case studies. 01:26 Your case studies are you can still put them on all these other pages for like let's say that you know you run a Google ad or a Facebook ad and you want people to see your case studies on a thank you page. 01:36 You can do that but the proof page is a standalone page that's dedicated to showing people why our clinic is legitimate information about your clinic and most importantly case studies and Google reviews for your clinic. 01:46 So up at the top here we have I have other videos that show you how to edit this area and this video we're going to focus on the results in case studies area. 01:55 So the way this works is this is, again, you want to make sure you go back through these other videos to understand how the funnel is structured, but just to give you a quick recap, it's structured into sections, and then rows, which are blue here, so this is like a row here, or sorry, yeah, a row. 02:12 And then within the row, you have columns and then actual elements within the columns. Don't worry if it doesn't make total sense right now. 02:20 As you use this tool, it gets a lot more like easier to use, but in this video, I'm just gonna show you exactly what to do, exactly what to click to set it up. 02:28 So, this is the first case study, and this is the case study template. So a case study contains the headline that summarizes the transformation of a photo and after photo a quick write-up of the patient's story so people can look at and read like the situation the patient was in and they're experienced 02:47 with you. How we help, which is just a quick bullet point right up with the most important parts of your of the case a video analysis which is totally optional but you can actually create a screen recording like I am now going over like an analysis of the case and then also the a screenshot of a Google 03:03 review and then here you can also put an interview with a client or a video testimonial these you don't have to have these videos this is just like everything if you're going to have a complete complete case study it's going to have all these different things, the more proof the better. 03:18 So the first step here is to add the case study headline. So you're going to scroll here, and then you're going to put in the headline. 03:25 So this headline, it's this is just by default, it's going to say under eye circle transformation with thermal fillers, but the headline is going to differ depending on the transformation. 03:33 Basically, what you want to do is you want to summarize what happened with that person and ultimately with a time frame as well. 03:40 So I might have another lesson on like how to create headlines But let's say that your client, you know, lost 40 pounds in, you know, in two months with a GLP one. 03:52 So you can say, um, lost 40 pounds in two months. Feeling amazing. 04:07 energy. So that's just an example you could write or even this under eye circle transformation you could say under eye circles erase in 30 minutes something like that. 04:34 So are I'll probably, you can also probably do this in JTBT. There's probably a prompt where we can just put all this information and have it spit out some headlines, but that's what you want to have for the headline. 04:44 So you want to have the headline communicate, you know, what the transformation was, what the result was, and then also you can include, like for example, this one includes with thermal fillers. 04:53 So the headline, and then you want to have your before and after photo. So you want to obviously get the best photos possible. 04:59 To get these, you can go back to how to collect case studies. We have more information on how to do that. 05:04 basically what you're going to do is you click here, and then you click this little icon here, and then you can select the photo. 05:10 So what you want to do is double-click. We're going to double-click this before photo. So now we have the before photo right there, and then we're going to go back here, click on this little image right here, and then we can double-click to add the after photo. 05:21 So now we have before and after photo. By the way, you can also see what it looks like on mobile at any time by going to mobile mode. 05:27 Obviously, people are going to be on this on mobile the most. We made sure that this template looks really good on a phone as well. 05:34 What you can also do is you can copy this URL, send it to your iPhone or your phone and then enter it and then actually scroll through it with your phone as well just to make sure it looks good on mobile. 05:43 But we've designed this to be mobile friendly so it's gonna look good on a mobile phone. So that is a before and after and then you have the story. 05:51 So you're gonna put the patient name so let's say it's like Darla, Darla's story. You can put that there. And then here's a really cool part here. 06:00 So for the right up, we have a special chat GPT prompt that you can use to create the right up. 06:07 So basically, this is the prompt. You're going to copy and paste it into the chat GPT. Don't edit this part. 06:12 This is instructions. And then the right up info is going to be here. So you want to put the patient name, just you can write up a quick background of the patient. 06:20 You can just write even just bullet points experience, but working with us right there, experience after working with us, put it there, purpose of the treatments, the time frame, the treatments use, safety and downtime. 06:32 So, this is why it's also really good to interview the client, because then you'll get all this information, you can just put it right here. 06:39 You can even upload the transcript of the interview and just modify this prompt a bit and it will create a story. 06:46 But let's put this in a chat GPT here and see see what it comes up with. It's going to paste that into there. 06:55 So for you, you can't obviously paste this directly. You're gonna leave this as is, but you're gonna obviously change the patient name, the background experience before, after working with us all that. 07:05 But let's put it in here and see what it comes up with. Okay, perfect. So you don't have to put the title. 07:14 Let's see what it says. Dr. Had spent years helping patient look a few of their best, but it wasn't till he caught a glimpse of himself that he realized this. 07:19 this. Okay, this is great. So this looks great. You may notice that this isn't really matching. This isn't Dr. Ersel here. 07:31 This is another patient. But I'm just putting this for an example purpose. Obviously, when you put in your information, it's all going to be the same thing. 07:40 But basically, once that's done, you can like copy the prompt to store somewhere else for your records, but all you need to do is paste it in. 07:48 Now we have it right here, right? So you now you have the nice story. Now you can put the patient name story. 07:54 The next thing is how we helped. So basically, this is the same information that you put into the prompt. You're just going to put it directly here. 08:00 Just looks nice with those bullet points. And then a video analysis. So let's go back to the instructions here. We've created the case study headline before and after photos. 08:08 We added the story. So the prompts right here here as well for you to use and then how we help section just went over that. 08:15 The next section is the Google review. So this actually goes before the video analysis because you need to Google review first. 08:22 So the Google review is super simple. We'll go here, click this button and then you can just double click on the Google review. 08:28 You want to go into Google first and take a screenshot of it. Just double click it. Now we have the Google review here and just name it patient names experience. 08:37 Then we have the video analysis. So this is optional, but this just adds another dimension to the case study, especially if you're more clinical And you want to go more into like the details of what you actually did and you really if you really want to like Demonstrate Like let's say that you're like 08:54 a nurse an injector and you really want to do demonstrate your expertise And you're like proud of the result and you want to demonstrate how you got those results. 09:01 You can just what you do is You're going to hit save here And what you can do, you can open this link in a new tab and then you can just use loom which is a software that I'm using right now And I include the link to it. 09:16 Wait, it didn't quite save that. Let me just So you can create a loom and in the loom you just like the video I'm making now You can talk about the patient and say look I injected we did some filler there Under the eyes, but it was also important to put filler in her cheeks as well to lift her cheeks 09:36 up which also contributes to the eyes. Like these are just little things. This is where you can really show off your expertise and show people that they're not just buying filler, they're coming to you because you've spent a lot of time and you have a lot of skill and expertise to get the best results 09:52 possible. And this is where you're really gonna build up the value of your service. And this is what you'd be doing in a consultation, but you might as well work on video to multiply yourself and do this, explain the value and demonstrate value to people while you sleep, right? 10:08 Once you have this video up here, it's gonna be working for you 24-7, showing people your expertise. So just so you know what I'm talking about here, you can open up this video here. 10:19 This is a video that my dad did. The lady was complaining of looking tired all the time and you can see that she's got circles under her eyes. 10:26 But you open up that video and basically what he did was he explained, this is my patient and here's all the things he did. 10:32 So we explained that he did filler under here, than the cheeks a bit here and here, and this is what's going to demonstrate your expertise and it builds a lot of value doing this. 10:42 So highly recommend, especially if you're more technical and you're really proud of the result, and there's more that needs to be explained, that can't just be explained through writing, I would highly recommend to create a video analysis. 10:55 So that's the video analysis part, and then once you have it, you can just enter it here. So this is a Whistia video, which is just a video hosting service, but there's a number of ways you can add it here. 11:07 So in sec here, you're gonna click this video, go to video type. So you can either do YouTube, Vimeo, Whistia, custom embed with loom. 11:18 You can do a custom embed with loom. It's actually very easy. You can embed a loom video here, but in this case, it's a Whistia video and you just paste the URL and it's gonna show up right here. 11:27 So now you have your video analysis section. And then finally, we have the actual interview of the client. So the interview, go back to this video for instructions on how to film the interview. 11:42 But once you finish it, you can put it on YouTube, you can put it on Loom. What other hosting service you prefer. 11:47 And then once you have the video, you're just going to paste it in. So you can actually open up this link for an example of an interview. 11:53 This isn't the same patient again, but this is just an example of a video interview we did with another client. 11:59 So you can take that URL, bring it back into here and just hit paste and now we have the video interview. 12:06 So now I know this is kind of like a Frankenstein of a different people, but that's just an example to show you what a complete a completed case study looks like. 12:15 It's going to have, oops, it's got the headline, it's got the before and after, It's got the write up how we helped video analysis and all this like when you have all this together It's it's just undeniable proof and you can't fake this stuff And once you have a page It's just an endless scrolling page 12:35 of Sony these case studies. You all you need to do is just send people this link Send it send people to these case studies get them to see it as many times as possible before the consultation And you will notice the difference when people come in and they've gone through your case studies It's just a 12:49 total perspective shift. They're not going to see you as just a commoditized provider. They're going to see you as someone who can deliver an actual transformation, a differentiated provider that can create results. 13:01 So it's really important to do this. So once it's finished, let's just see here, hit save. For your account, you're not going to see this URL because we're going to set you up with an actual live URL. 13:15 when you're publishing the page you want to hit publish and that's going to put it published online and you can send people you can send people to link this to this page at any time and then on the page when you go to the mobile version there's also call to actions throughout so as people go through 13:28 here there's a call to actions to call and text you because oftentimes I'll see these case studies will get really excited and it's going to be the thing that gets them to book. 13:36 So, last thing here is how to create more case studies. So, this is contained in what's called a global section. 13:45 Usually, these sections are green, but the global sections are purple. And what that means is you can add this section to any other page in the website. 13:55 So, if we go back here to Funnels and then we go up here to the Google Ads Thank You page. 14:01 If we go to Edit, We can see that this case studies is in this page as well. So we made the change to another page, but since it's a global section, it's synced throughout all these different pages. 14:17 And the reason you want to do that is because you want to show the case studies to people who go through your Google ads, people that go through your Facebook ads, also people that just go your regular proof page. 14:27 So that's why it's a global section here. But let's go back to the proof page and show you how to create another case study. 14:35 So once you've created your first case study, what you're going to do is you're going to click here and then click clone It's going to clone this whole thing So you can see that the whole thing is now cloned What the next thing is to erase this part because the only thing we don't want to repeat is Result 14:53 in case studies. You're going to go down here. You're going to get rid of this So now you have your first case study and then you have your second case study right here under eye circle transformation with thermal fillers And so you're going to just repeat the whole process, replace the before and after 15:08 photos. You're going to replace the headline, the story, all that. And don't worry about having absolutely everything. Like if you don't have the right up yet, you can just delete it and then add it when you have it. 15:21 If you don't have the interview yet, you can delete it and add it in as you get it. You don't have to have every single piece there to publish it. 15:30 Speaking of publishing, if you also, let's say you have the before photo, but you don't have the after photo yet, you don't obviously don't want to make that live, you're just going to save it. 15:42 That's going to save it internally. And then when you're finally ready, when you get that after photo and you want to publish everything, you're going to hit publish. 15:51 So saving saves it internally, not on the public URL, and when you hit publish, it makes it live on the URL. 15:57 So that's how you can work. That's how you can start working on these case studies without them being completely finished and then wait till you get the the rest of it and then publish it from there. 16:07 So yeah, that's how you do it. One last thing I almost forgot this last point, you'll notice that once we duplicated this global section, it's not green this new section. 16:18 Sorry, it's not purple. It's green and a green means that it's a regular section that isn't synced with other pages. 16:25 So what we want to do is turn this into a global section and the way we do that is we click on this Sorry, sometimes it's hard to get there Click save and then we want to save it as a global section and we're gonna call it case Study 2 where you can name it the name of the patient and then hit save So 16:49 now you can see that this is also a global section We're going to save it here as well and now we can add this global section to whatever page we want It's not added to the other pages yet But let's say that I want to add it to my meta add thank you page for all my meta ads I want people to go here and 17:09 then also see my case studies by default We don't have any case studies on this page but to add them you're going to go here to add elements And then global section and now we're going to add our case studies So the first case study that we edited was this one, the case study template, we're just going 17:24 to drag it here. Whoops, sorry. Drag it right here, there we go. Now we have the results in case studies is the first one. 17:31 And then the second one we're going to do is the case study to the one that we just made. Now we're going to drag it here and now we have our two case studies. 17:41 So that's how you add the case studies to the other pages as well. So you basically edit them on your proof page, and then you're going to turn them into global sections, and then you can just add them all to your other pages, and they'll be all synced throughout. 17:56 So I know that was a long video.
