Add Case Studies To Binders

Binders are great for displaying case studies because you can easily add new case studies to the binders as you collect them.

Follow the process below to add case studies to in-office binders:

  1. Buy binders, a laminator, and a hole punch
    • Buy some simple 0.5-inch binders on Amazon HERE.
    • Highly rated thermal laminator on Amazon HERE.
    • Highly rated hole punch HERE.
  2. Add case studies from your Proof Page to your binders
    • To save time, you can simply take screenshots of your case studies from your Proof Page, add them to a doc, print them out, laminate, hole punch, and then add them to your binders.
    • You can also manually type up each case study in a word processor or Canva if you would like a different style for your binder page.

0:01 In this video I'm gonna show you how to add your case studies to in office binders So this is a really great way to display your case studies in office binders are great because let's say you did it like a full booklet that you had to print off you'd have to finish all your case studies and print off 0:16 the booklet and if you wanted to add new ones you'd have to print off new booklets but in this case you can just create a binder and then add individual case studies add your pages as you get them so you can kind of create this working binder and continuously add to your case studies as you collect them 0:32 . So first step is to buy binders and laminar and laminar and a whole punch. So I just added some links on Amazon here, just some really highly rated products, probably spend about 70 bucks total to get everything. 0:44 And then the second step is to add your case studies from your proof page to your binders. So you can either do this, you can either manually like type up your case studies and format them how you like, but a real fast and easy way to do this is just from your proof page, in the previous video, we show 1:00 you how to add these case studies to your proof page. If you just open it up here in the preview form, you can just take a screenshot of it here. 1:08 So once it's finished, you can just take a screenshot, oops, you can just take a screenshot of this case study like this. 1:18 And then once we take it, we can add that screenshot just to like a word document. So any sort of word processor, you can just pull it up, Add that screenshot to it. 1:27 You can resize it how you like. And then that's a really easy way to just add your case studies, add it to a Word document and then print it off. 1:36 If you're in Google Docs, you will wanna go to, you can just format the image better here. So go to text wrapping, make it so you can like center it in the middle of the page. 1:47 And just rule around with it until you get it how you like it. And then once that's done, you can just, once that's here, there we go. 1:54 Once it's done, You can just go to file and then print off that page and then once it's printed off You can just laminate it hold punch it and put it into your binder That's a super quick and easy way to add your case studies to in office binders
