0:01 Alright, in this video we're gonna talk about how to set up the Google Review Widget to enhance your master appointment booking funnel. 0:08 So the first step to do this, you need to integrate your Google account and connect your Google Business page. So you may have already done this if you've been in a program for a while, but if you haven't, you're gonna go to Settings. 0:19 So, uh, bottom of your software here, click Settings. and then under Settings, you're going to go to Integrations, and then you're going to see an option to connect with your Google account. 0:28 So you're going to sign in with Google. Make sure you sign in with the account that is connected to your Google Business page. 0:36 So in my case, it's going to be support for book.com. So let me just log in here. All right, so I'm logged in here. 0:42 It's going to give me the option to connect. I'm going to hit Continue. I'm going to hit Allow. And now, we're going to select which business we want to connect in this case. 0:56 It's going to be Beaumont, Health of Wellness for this example, disable this button. So make sure you disable, check this off because we don't want to, we don't want people to be calling through that number. 1:08 So disable, disable that, connect it. And now, if you refresh the page, you should see that it's connected to your page. 1:18 Okay. Cool. So now we can see that our Google account is connected and it's also connected with the associated Google places or Google Business page that people will be writing the reviews for. 1:28 One step is set up. The next step is to go on over to reputation. We're updating our software sidebar so your sidebar may look a bit different but it's going to be reputation and reviews. 1:41 It should have a little star beside it. If you have trouble finding it, just let us know. And in here, you're going to see, this is like the page where you can manage all the reviews coming into your account. 1:50 It will also count up all the reviews, and this is connected to your Google Places page. That's why we integrated it. 1:55 You want to go over here to widgets, and this is where you can create a new Google widget. And once you get to this page, you're going to see a default widget. 2:05 If yours doesn't look like this, it may be using the old widget, which doesn't look quite as good. All you need to do, if you're not seeing the one that's on this video here, just go to create new and you can create your own Google Review Widgets. 2:18 So you can create different widgets that have different appearances for different purposes and embed them in different places. So what I would recommend is you're going to create a new Google Review Widget. 2:29 You want to select it to pull from your Google Reviews page. And then I really like the carousel design that you can also decide if you want to choose a max number of reviews You can also filter it based on different ratings You can take away the power by forever booked if you want And then if we go 2:47 to content you can just say the by default is what our clients say about us You can also if you want to totally get rid of this and not say anything You can just have a little space there and then what you can also do is I don't really like the AI summary to be honest So you can take this AI summary 3:03 off. And now we have this nice review widget. And the last thing I would do is I would also remove the writer review button. 3:12 You don't want people to be distracted like they haven't even been to your business yet. So while they write a review, you're going to hit save. 3:18 And then you can just say my widget and then make it the default. And you can create multiple widgets here. 3:25 So now you have my widget here. And then to add it to your funnel, the next step is going to go to settings and then copy the code. 3:32 Once you've copied the code, you're going to head on over to, oh wait, make sure you save it first. You don't lose any of your progress. 3:38 That's fine. The code's copied, so now we're going to go ahead on over to sites, go to your master appointment funnel, and then you can add it to the actual funnel. 3:49 So you're going to go to edit, and then make sure you've watched the previous videos in this training why global section's work is a really important video. 3:57 It explains how these global sections work. So we're going to add the review widget on one page under this reviews section. 4:04 So it says reviews. You're going to go into here and it's an HTML code. So you're going to go into here and paste that code that you copied earlier. 4:11 But what it's going to do is going to embed the Google review widget. So when you hit save, by the way, when you edit your funnel, we're going to have an actual URL that has the name of your business. 4:24 And since it's a public URL you also want to hit Publish. If I hit Publish right here, it's not going to, there's no domain setup, but for you to make the changes live online, you need to hit Save then Publish as well. 4:35 Hitting Save just saves it internally, but hitting Publish makes the changes live on the URL that we set up for you. 4:42 So you can see that when you open up this URL, you're going to scroll down and here's your review widget right here. 4:47 So it says Reviews, really nice, like carousel style review widget right there. And since this is a global section, it's also going to update in any other page that has this section in it. 4:59 So this review section, any other page, let's say, for example, the website request page. This page by default, it doesn't have a review section, but if you want to add your reviews there, you're more and more than welcome to, just go to global sections, drag the review widget there, hit save, and then 5:17 if we open this page up, it's also going to show the review widget. So if you open it up, you're going to see on this page you have your reviews right there. 5:26 So that is how you set up the review widget in your Pullman Booking Funnel.
