How To Collect Google Reviews

👍 Collecting more Google reviews should be a TOP priority if you want more appointments. Follow the methods below to start collecting more reviews.

Method 1: Send Review Requests Through Our Software

1. If you haven’t yet, connect your Google Business account to our software by following this tutorial.

2. Once connected, click “Manage Reviews” in your software sidebar, and then click the gear icon at the top navigation panel.

3. Click “Generate Link” to create a Google review link.

4. You can choose to send the message immediately or follow a custom schedule.

5. Add an image of your staff if possible.

6. Add the following SMS message:

   Hi {{contact.first_name}}, thank you for coming to the clinic! Your feedback is important to us and it also helps patients like you find us. Would you take a moment to write us a review? Just click on the link below. Thanks & take care - [insert Clinic Owner Name]

7. Add the following for email:

   • Subject: {{contact.first_name}}, would you share your experience?
   • Heading: Hi {{contact.first_name}}, thanks for choosing [insert Clinic Name]!
   • Message: Your feedback is important to us and it also helps patients like you find us. Would you take a moment to write us a review?
   • Positive Answer: Review [insert Clinic Name]

8. Once customized, follow this video to send out review requests.

Method 2: Send Out A Review Request Booster Shot

With this method you will send out a review request message to your existing database using our Booster Shot campaign. Follow the steps below:

1. Upload a list of clients you want to send the Booster Shot to the Client Database Upload Form.
2. Go to the Booster Shot Launch Form and choose “Custom Offer”.
3. For this campaign we recommend entering everyone who writes a review into a raffle to win a free pair of Apple Airpods. From our testing this produces the highest number of reviews for the business. Enter the message below into the Text Message box:
   1. Hey {{contact.first_name}}, it’s {{custom_values.assistant_name}} here at {{location.name}}. We entering everyone who writes us a Google review into a raffle to win a free pair of Apple Airpod Pros! Tap here to leave your review: [Review Link] Good luck! Winner announced on [Date]!
4. Enter your preferred launch date and your Booster Shot campaign will be scheduled!
