30-Day Launch Plan

Overview
This plan takes you from zero to full implementation in 30 days using proven adult learning principles: hands-on practice, gradual skill-building, and immediate application.

Week 1: Foundation & Buy-In

Objective: Set up infrastructure and get team excited about the program.

Day 1-2: Technical Setup

  • Assign Content Champion (ideally clinic manager or lead provider)
  • Content Champion downloads CapCut
  • Create Google Drive folder structure
  • Share folder with entire team
  • Test that everyone can upload from their phones

Day 3: Team Education Session (30 minutes)

  1. Show this Quick Start Guide (5 min)
  2. Play 3-5 inspiration videos (5 min)
  3. Explain the Four Pillars (10 min)
  4. Discuss: “Which pillar feels easiest to start with?” (5 min)
  5. Address concerns (5 min)

Day 4-5: Planning

  • Choose monthly content week (first or last week of each month)
  • Add to clinic calendar with reminders
  • Create list of first month’s content topics
  • Assign primary filmer for each pillar

Day 6-7: Low-Stakes Practice

  • Each team member films one 10-second silly video
  • No pressure, no judgment
  • Upload to Practice_Videos folder
  • Watch together and laugh

Week 1 Win: Team understands the system and anxiety about being on camera is reduced.

Week 2: Skill Building

Objective: Build comfort and competence with filming and basic editing.

Day 8-9: Filming Fundamentals

  • Review Filming Best Practices section
  • Practice: Each person films the same topic three ways:
    • Attempt 1: As they naturally would
    • Attempt 2: With better lighting
    • Attempt 3: With stronger hook
  • Compare results as a team

Day 10-11: CapCut Basics

  • Content Champion watches CapCut tutorial
  • Practice adding captions to practice video
  • Practice adding text overlay
  • Save edited version (don’t delete raw)

Day 12-14: Content Archetype Practice

  • Each team member picks one HOT CLIPS archetype
  • Films 15-second video using that structure
  • Group review: what worked well?

Week 3: Real Content Production

Objective: Create your first batch of usable content across all pillars.


Week 3 Win: First complete batch of content created and organized.

Week 4: Review & Optimize

Objective: Refine process and prepare for sustainable monthly rhythm.

Day 22-24: Organization & Quality Review

  • Review all content in Google Drive
  • Ensure all files properly named
  • Delete obvious mistakes
  • Note which content types felt easiest

Day 25: Team Debrief (20 minutes)

Discussion questions:

  1. What went better than expected?
  2. What was harder than expected?
  3. Which pillar should we focus on next month?
  4. Do we need to adjust our schedule?
  5. What would make this easier?

Day 26-28: Plan Month 2

  • Schedule next content week
  • Choose topics based on upcoming promotions
  • Identify any gaps to address

Day 29-30: Celebrate!

  • Share favorite videos with team
  • Acknowledge everyone’s contribution
  • Optional: Small team reward/lunch

Week 4 Win: Sustainable system established with team buy-in.
