Finding Your Dedicated Sending Domain

Step 1: Log into your Forever Booked account 

Step 2: Navigate to Settings → Email Services 

Step 3: Copy your dedicated subdomain

Example Format: bellavidamedicalspa.medicalspalink.com

This subdomain is connected through Mailgun (our email sending platform) and configured with proper DNS records in Cloudflare (our domain management platform).

Critical DNS Records Required:

• SPF Record: Authorizes which servers can send from your domain
• DKIM Record: Cryptographic signature proving email authenticity
• MX Record: Directs where replies should be delivered

Note: Our team handles all DNS configuration. You don’t need to manage these records manually.

Correct Sending Address Format

Always use this format: yourname@[yourclinic].medicalspalink.com

Sender Name Options

• contact@ - Generic but functional
• yourname@ - Personalized (recommended for better open rates)
• team@ - Team-based approach

What Happens If You Use Wrong Address

If you try to send from info@yourclinic.com while using the subdomain system, email providers detect domain masking Like someone pretending to be someone else. This triggers immediate spam filtering.

Reply-To Configuration

Important: Even though you send from yourname@yourclinic.medicalspalink.com, replies can be directed anywhere.

To Set Custom Reply-To:

1. Go to Settings → Reply & Forward Settings
2. Add forwarding address: contact@yourclinic.com

All replies will automatically forward to your main inbox.

Clients never see the technical subdomain, they simply hit “reply” and it reaches your primary email.
