Pre-Launch Checklist

Before every campaign, verify:

Technical Setup

  • [ ] Using correct subdomain format: yourname@yourclinic.medicalspalink.com
  • [ ] Domain warmup active for 2+ weeks (check with support if unsure)
  • [ ] Reply-To address configured (if desired)
  • [ ] DNS records validated (our team confirms it’s set up properly)

Campaign Configuration

  • [ ] Subject line: Under 50 characters, no spam triggers
  • [ ] Preview text: 40-90 characters, adds context
  • [ ] Sender name: Personal name, not business name
  • [ ] Batch size: 30-50 for new domains, appropriate for domain age
  • [ ] Send schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM
  • [ ] Avoid sending: Weekends, holidays, late evenings

Content Quality

  • [ ] Clear primary CTA (1-3 buttons max)
  • [ ] Mobile-responsive design (preview on mobile)
  • [ ] Professional images (no pixelated/stretched images)
  • [ ] No spelling/grammar errors
  • [ ] Links tested (all CTAs work correctly)
  • [ ] Brand-consistent (logo, colors, fonts)

Compliance

  • [ ] Unsubscribe link present and functional
  • [ ] Physical business address included
  • [ ] Subject line matches email content (not deceptive)
  • [ ] Privacy policy linked (if applicable)
  • [ ] No purchased/scraped lists (permission-based only)

Tracking Setup

  • [ ] Open tracking enabled
  • [ ] Click tracking enabled
  • [ ] Conversion tracking configured (if applicable)
  • [ ] Trigger links created (for multi-offer campaigns)
  • [ ] Tags configured for engagement levels

List Quality

  • [ ] List cleaned (hard bounces removed)
  • [ ] Segmented appropriately (not sending to everyone)
  • [ ] Recent engagement (avoid 1+ year inactive)
