  1. Review the consultation process. This is the step-by-step process for running a consultation. Review the process once and then work to refine the process in your clinic continually.
  2. Customize & prepare your consultation presentation. This is a key consultation tool that helps educate the client on treatment options while showing PROOF that the treatments work.

I created this checklist to give you a very simple reference and sort of a bird's eye view of what you need to have done and prepared in order to make the most of the appointments that you book with our marketing. 0:15 So this checklist it actually links to other trainings. So it's going to take you some time to go through all the other trainings. 0:20 This checklist just allows you to see everything in one place so you can make sure that all your dog eyes are dotted, your teeth are crossed, you're ready to go. 0:26 So the first checklist is the welcome sequence sequence checklist. So this is everything you want to have done in order to make sure that those new patients have an amazing first impression. 0:36 So if you click this link is going to take you to the welcome sequence training. But within this training, the four basic points are you want to decide on your basic appointment structure. 0:51 You want to make sure the front desk is equipped to make a first grade impression. You want to have your paperwork ready. 0:56 So you just standard paperwork work that you're using. We also have a pre-assessment survey that we recommend you use, and then you're also set up to take before photos. 1:05 So that is a welcome sequence checklist. Then we have the consultation and closing checklist. So this links to the consultation process training and the closing and checkout process training. 1:14 The three basic things you need to have in place. First off, you need to review the consultation process. So go through the consultation training, review how the consultation process works. 1:24 You then want to prepare a consultation presentation. When I have reclients use this, they always say they get great results. 1:30 I just personally went to a lot of men's spots as a customer and I really appreciate when they have a presentation and they educate me on the skin and their unique way of getting results. 1:40 It's super important that you educate clients and show them your unique way of getting results. It works wonders for building your authority and will allow you to close higher ticket packages. 1:50 So certainly don't skip this. And then very important is to use your, prepare your tailored treatment plan. So your tailored treatment plan is a Google sheet tool that we use to, and all of our clients use to put together packages on the fly with clients in the clinic. 2:06 So what you, what I'd recommend is go to the tailored treatment plan training. And then you want to go through this training and understand how this tool works. 2:19 It's a super powerful tool. And what you want to do is you want to prepare one to two basic upsell packages. 2:26 So a big problem for a lot of clinic is especially when they have their estheticians or the owner isn't doing the consults, they don't know what to upsell the person, right? 2:35 They don't know what to sell next. So a great thing is to have one or two basic upsell packages that you can give your staff and say look when someone comes in You can of course of course put together, you know a custom treatment plan But we also have these pre-made packages that you can get them started 2:49 with to get them You know start with our clinic and coming back a second third fourth time So that is the in clinic sales checklist in the in the subsequent videos I will block through the actual specific processes
