Pricing

Pro is month-to-month. Your monthly fee is based on your Meta ad spend:

Each month's fee follows your previous full month's ad spend, so it adjusts up or down automatically. Every live campaign needs at least $50/day behind it. As your ad spend grows, the percentage you pay us goes down. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Meta.

Call center add-on: $50 per billable show. Optional, and only charged when a new patient (or one not seen in 12+ months) from our campaigns shows up for a revenue consult or treatment.

Multi-location: each additional location has its own monthly fee, banded by that location's ad spend.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast will we see results?
Most clinics feel the difference within the first few weeks: more consistent lead flow and a calendar that stops having gaps. We take over your existing campaigns and improve them from there, so there's no gap in your leads.

Do I lose anything I have now?
No. The software, Ivy AI, your offers, the community and the training library all stay. Pro adds our team on top.

Do patients pay a deposit?
Yes, we recommend a small $25 to $50 deposit to cut down no-shows. It runs through your payment system and is either credited toward treatment or kept under your policy. The deposit is yours, never ours.

How do you track "showed" appointments?
Shows are counted from your clinic's own booking system, matched to our campaign tags. We reconcile monthly and only bill per confirmed show.

Is there a long-term contract?
No. Pro is month-to-month. If you'd rather lock in a lower rate, you can commit to 6 or 12 months.

What if our staff isn't great at sales yet?
We bring patients to the door; you close them in the room. You should have at least a decent consult process. If it needs tightening, we provide scripts and in-clinic sales training, but we can't turn a weak closer into a rockstar overnight.
