- Our system follows up with them to convert them into a Hot Lead.
- Once they are a Hot Lead, you are notified to reach out and get them signed up.

How To Manually Sign Up A Client For The Membership
- Go to Sites, then Funnels, then navigate to your membership funnel.
- Save or bookmark this URL for quick access whenever you would like to sign someone up.
- Open the Order Page and enter client info to complete signup.
- The system will automatically set them up for recurring payments.
- They will receive an email receipt and be added to the system.

Video 1: Membership Signup Workflow
0:01 In this video I'm gonna walk you through the membership signup workflow. So what steps and what journey does someone take to first of all just hear about your membership and learn about it to actually sign up for a membership.
0:14 So to understand this workflow you want to visit your membership funnel. So if you go to sites and then funnels then go to membership dash.
0:22 it should say what type of membership you have. In this case it's a skin treatment funnel. The funnel has four main steps.
0:28 The first step is the opt-in page. This is where you're gonna be. directing your traffic for people that want to learn more about the membership system.
0:36 So the opt-in page, it's a very simple landing page that people go to and the main goal is to get them to complete their information, to claim their spot for the membership.
0:45 So it starts off with a super sexy headline and then the call to action is for them to enter their information so they can get access to the page.
0:54 It's going to tell them about the membership. So that's the first step. When someone completes that step, they go to the next step which is the sales page.
1:01 Now you may want to direct people directly to the sales page but you want to actually direct them here first because once they go through the Optin page and enter that information they're actually going to go into your funnel.
1:13 So if you go here to track leads they're going to go to your pipeline as a cold lead. So you want to get them to submit that first page that I showed you before because they're going to go into a cold lead and the system is going to and engage them, and it's going to send them a link to learn more about

Just to kind of show you behind the scenes here, what happens, if you go to the membership system, this membership opt-in workflow, what happens is when someone completes that opt-in form, so the opt-in form submitted, that was not this page, but the page I showed you before, this
1:48 page. So once someone submits this information, that's the trigger here. They're going to receive this first text message, which is going to say, hey, this is your AI assistant name I'm reaching up to confirm your request to join our membership program.
2:01 And then it's going to send them the link to your membership sales page. So this is actually a special code where it's going to insert your membership sales page.
2:09 So you want to get them to complete this page first because they're going to have the link to this page in their text message and they can open it any time.
2:16 Because if you just send them this page, they may lose it. So it's nice to have in their text message so they can go back and read this.
2:22 So, the whole flow is they receive the text, they're going to go to the sales page, they're going to read about your membership program, and then once they want to sign up, they either are going to call you or they click this link and they're going to go directly to the sign up page, which is the order

Once they've completed the order page, they're going to go to the confirmation page, which is this page, and then what happens is inside your track leads, once someone actually purchases, They're going to go to this membership purchase column and all your
2:55 membership purchases are going to show up right here So that's how you know you're going to that's how you're going to know who purchase your actual membership Last but not least a lot of people They're not not everyone's going to sign up for their members on their membership on their own a lot of people
3:11 need to be called And they need to have a personal conversation and you need to sell them the membership program And so that's why the membership program also works with the hot lead system when someone fills out that initial page this page to get more information about the offer they're gonna if they
3:26 have any questions They'll text you back and if that happens they're gonna go to hot lead And that's a perfect opportunity for you to follow up with that person and answer any questions They have and sign them up with the program so they can either sign up on their end or what you can also do is you
3:41 can Open up the sign up page on your sign up page at any time But I actually recommend having this order page open so you can also sign up people over the phone So, anyone that needs to chat with you over the phone to just get more information and sort of need to be still in the membership program a
3:57 bit more, you can have this page open and sign them up on your end as well. So, you want people signing up on their own and then you also want to have the ability to sign them up in clinic.
4:07 So, that's a general membership flow. Very simple. It utilizes the existing pipeline that you're using for your other campaigns to track everyone that signs up.
4:15 But instead of the ultimate goal being the appointment book, the ultimate goal is to have that membership purchased and that's how you get to know every person that has purchased the membership.
Video 2: How To Manually Sign Up A Client For The Membership
0:00 So the easiest way to sign someone up for a membership is simply to just go to your membership funnel and enter their information in the same page they would if they were signing up themselves in their own time.
0:11 So just go to sites and then go to funnels and then inside funnels, you're gonna navigate to your membership funnel.
0:17 So go to your membership, if you're at the skin treatment membership, it's gonna say skin treatment. If it's a different type, it will say Botox or whatever type of membership you have.
0:30 bookmarks, just in case anyone wants to sign up for your membership program in clinic. So all you need to do is open up this page.
0:36 You enter the person's first in last name. So grade nurse on this case, their email, their cell phone number, and then their credit card information.
0:44 That's all you need to do. So you just enter their information in there, you sign up, and then it's going to automatically put them on a recurring payment.
0:51 In this case, it's a hundred dollars a month, but they'll get signed up. They'll receive all like an email, a receipt, and then and they will be in the system as a member.
1:00 So to sign up someone on your end, it's simply just opening up the page that they would if they were gonna sign up themselves, entering their credit card information and getting them signed up.
Video 3: How To View & Manage Subscriptions
0:01 In this video I'm going to show you how to manage your subscriptions. So to manage your subscriptions for your membership you're going to go over to Payments and then under Payments you're going to click subscriptions.
0:12 So this is the page is going to show you all the subscriptions for your membership program. It's going to show the customer name, the source which should be the name of your membership program when that subscription was created.
0:21 And you can sort the subscriptions you can search for certain names in there. You can filter it based off payment status.
0:29 whether it's an academic or overdue, or canceled subscription. And all you wanna do to manage these subscriptions, if you click on these three dots on the right, you can go to view the subscription, which will give you some more details.
0:42 So it will give you all the previous payments they've made if you wanna have a record of all the payments that persons made towards your subscription program.
0:50 And then what you can do is you can have two main actions here. You can cancel the subscription. So whenever a client wants to cancel, all you need to do is click this cancel button and it will cancel that recurring payment to their accounts.
1:02 And if they want to update their payment information, you can also share this payment update link. So if you open that up, they can open up their payment and enter a new credit card top group date, their payment on your program.
1:13 So it's very easy to, whenever their card is expiring or you need to change it, you can update their payment link.
1:22 So those in the main two actions you want to take with clients, you can just even do it straight through here.
1:26 you can cancel it or you can share the payment update link. So those are the main actions to manage your subscriptions for the membership program.
