Video 1: How To Create Your Signage 0:00 In this video, I'm going to show you how to create your in-office signage for your membership So this is the first step in promoting your membership You want to create signage and have it all around your clinic So people are constantly reminded of your membership what the offer is So it starts conversations 0:16 and you can get people signed up quickly easily and consistently So the first step is to create a QR code It's really great because our system has its own QR code generator built right in So what you're going to do is you're going to go to the software And in the software sidebar, you're going to click 0:32 sites. And then under the sites, you're going to go to your membership funnel. So this is the membership funnel that you're working on while setting up your membership. 0:39 We're going to click here. And then once we're here, we want to grab the URL of the opt-in page. So if you just click this button here, it's going to open up your opt-in page in a new tab. 0:50 And this is the page that you want to leave people. So this is the entrance, the entry point to your funnel, and where you want to lead people with the QR code in your inoffer signage. 0:59 So what you're going to do is you're simply going to copy this and then you're going to go back and then you're going to go to QR codes I'm going to go create new We're going to name it membership opt-in We're going to link it to a website We're going to hit next and to your website URL Next and then 1:21 you have the ability to customize it In this case we're just going to keep it super simple we're going to save it. 1:26 We're actually going to download it first. You can download your QR code. And now you have your QR code. So you can see all the ones you have managed. 1:33 You can click on it, you can edit it even after you've created it. But now we have a QR code that's downloaded to your computer. 1:41 And the next step is to add it to your Canva file. So we have some pre-made Canva templates for you. 1:49 So I'll need to just open up this link in a new tab. It's going to look like this and you're going to hit use template for design. 1:57 So we have these templates for you. I believe we have five different variations. You can pick the design that you like the most. 2:02 You are going to use that in your Canvas account and then edit it and make sure the information matches what you already entered in your membership sales page. 2:11 Remember the previous step? We were customizing your sales page with all the details and the offer and the membership. You're just going to put that here as well and so you have it. 2:20 So once you've done that step, the next step is just older, some simple design holders you get them on Amazon Look like this. 2:27 So you can get some design holders. I need to fix that link there the Amazon link But you know what I'm talking about they're the plastic holders where you're just going to print off a bunch of these sheets and Place them around your clinic. 2:39 You want to have them everywhere in your clinic in your treatment rooms in your In your waiting room your consultation rooms the idea is that you don't have to be You don't want to be responsible for constantly bring it up to people you want people to bring it up to you So that's why we create the super 2:54 sexy headline with the amazing offer that's how we get it printed out into signage And when you start doing that you're gonna start to start the conversations and then all we need to do is you say scan that QR code And then people will go through the funnel you can even walk through the sales page together 3:07 with them And then either get them signed up in clinic or they can go home read more about it and then sign up at home Video 2: Launch A Membership Booster Shot 0:00 Step 2 of promoting your membership program is to launch a membership booster shot. So this is the easiest, this is the fastest way to get sales for your membership because you're gonna be sending this incredible membership offer to your list of people they already know like and trust you and this is 0:16 the warmest possible group of people that you can send this offer to you. So if done right, this will get you a bunch of signups right away and you'll start to create momentum. 0:25 It's gonna feel awesome and you'll have some people in your membership program super quickly. So it's really important to note that you only want to launch your booster shot once you have your in office signage in your clinic Because what happens is people have a highly higher likelihood of buying when 0:39 they see an offer multiple places So what happens is people see the text they may not do anything and then they come into the clinic They see the signage and they think oh, that's the same offer in the text message So you want to be connecting these offers at different places in different mediums So 0:54 people really start to see okay, this is real This is a great offer and so you want to make sure that your whole clinic is educated on the membership And you have all the in office signage before you send out the booster shot because of course you are going to get some sales Just from people signing 1:07 up through text But a lot of people won't sign up and then they will sign up when they come in the clinic and they see all the signage So make sure you have the signage set up and then to launch this thing you're going to visit the booster shot launch form This is the same form that you use to launch 1:21 all your other booster shots that you can click the toggle down here for instructions. What you're going to do is you're going to choose the membership category. 1:29 And within that, we have either the skin treatment membership or the Botox plus skin treatment membership. So this is going to explain how it works here. 1:38 If you like, you can, this is like, I wish you could click this link, but you have to copy and paste it to see, you want to make sure, basically, you've been through the membership training before you launch your booster shot because it needs to be set up, right? 1:50 Your membership has to be set up and complete before we send it to the booster shot. So, and then the text message is like this. 1:56 It says, hey, hey name, it's your AI name at XYZ Med Spa. We're offering 50% off our best skin treatment plus X dollars and bonuses for the first clients who join our new program name. 2:09 So it's the same text as your headline, right? So the headline that you have on your membership sales page and in your office signage, you're just saying that through text message. 2:17 So whether it's, if you maybe you're doing 25% off, maybe the total value someone gets with their free gift is $500, you just want to edit it, so this matches what you have in your membership sales pages and your in office signage as well. 2:33 So once you have that, as you like, you're going to input your business name and you're requested launch date and then any additional note. 2:39 So it's just like launching a regular Brewster shot, you're going to fill that information and we're going to send this out to your database. 2:45 not all at once.
