How To Manage An SMS Campaign
SMS Blast Overview
Campaign Launch
On the day your campaign launches, you will receive a notification email that the campaign is live.
Campaign Cadence
Text messages are sent Mon-Fri, between 10:30 am and 3:30 pm local time. If you would like this adjusted, please contact us.
SMS Daily Volume
The maximum daily volume for new numbers is 100, and the maximum for accounts older than 1 week is 600. Daily SMS volume will also be affected by the number of contacts in your database. We spread the campaign over multiple days to ensure a manageable lead flow.
How To View & Update An SMS Blast
Stop An SMS Blast
Select Contacts → Bulk Actions → Actions → Pause
Restart An SMS Blast
Select Contacts → Bulk Actions → Actions → Resume
View An SMS Blast Progress
Open Contacts → Bulk Actions → and find your campaign and locate the status column.
The status of your campaign will be “Queued” (it has not yet started), “Processing” (it is underway), “Cancelled,” or “Complete.” If underway, you can view the completion percentage.
Select “View Details” to review the campaign details.
Scheduled Start: When the campaign is set to launch
Next Processing On: The next day that SMS will be sent
Progress: The percentage of your selected contacts that have received the SMS
Process During: The hours of the day the SMS will be sent
Processing Allowed On: Days of the week SMS will be sent
Delay Between Batches: Days between campaign batches
Batch Quantity: Daily SMS volume
