SMS Campaigns Overview

SMS campaigns (also known as Booster Shots) are the fastest way to generate consultations and sales.

SMS blasts can also be massively profitable.

The best part is, you don’t have to spend any money on ads, as all appointments are generated through your existing customer database.

How SMS Campaigns Work

There are people in your database who are ready to buy right now, but either:

  • Haven’t been in for a long time/have forgotten about you
  • Aren’t aware of your latest procedures
  • Are interested in coming but need a little “push” to get them to act

The goal is to get these people into your office for a consultation so you can learn about their problems and present a solution.

Who Can You Send Texts To?

There are 3 main audiences you can include in SMS Blasts:

1. Your Entire Database

This is best for when you have an offer applicable to everyone on your list. i.e., you have a new machine and want to introduce it to your entire client base.

2. Your “Recycle List”

Your Recycle List is a column in your sales pipeline where leads go when they have “gone cold” and stopped responding.

Just because these leads stopped responding doesn’t mean they are lost forever.

People get busy, and situations change. Using SMS, we can re-market to them with new offers.

This is how you “squeeze the juice” out of your marketing spend to maximize ROI.

NOTE: We include your recycle list when we send an SMS Blast to your entire database.

3. A Segmented List

Some offers you only want to send to a select group of people.

For example, you may have a segment of your audience who is not actively coming in for injectables.

Using our SMS system, you can send these people an offer for Botox.

Another example: you send a membership welcome offer to people who are not actively enrolled in your monthly membership program.

How Often Can You Run SMS Campaigns?

We recommend running these campaigns every 30-60 days. A great strategy is to launch an SMS Blast whenever you launch a new META ad.

So the booster shot is an incredible campaign that we probably been running this type of campaign for five years. 0:11 We have so many case studies. There are people in your database right now who either, they're ready to buy right now, but they either haven't been in for a long time, they forgot about you. 2:08 They aren't aware of your latest procedures, and they are interested in coming in, but they just need that little push to get them to act. 2:13 And the goal is to get these people into your office for a consultation so you can learn more about their problems and present a solution. 2:20 So here's how the booster shot works. Step one, we send a text to your database with an offer. The AI concierge follows up with the leads. 2:27 All the hot leads are sent to you. So when someone's interested, we say, hey, this person's interested in an appointment. 2:33 You book the appointment and then when they come in, you perform a consult and sell a package. Extremely simple. It's a simple campaign. 2:40 A lot don't overlook and feel like it's not effective because it is so simple. That is the very reason it is effective because it's very simple and elegant. 2:48 So who can you send booster shots to? There's three main audiences. The first one is your entire database. So we actually recommend that you start off with this one. 2:57 We're going to help you as part of this program come up with an offer that is applicable to most of your database or all of your database, right? 3:04 And so the best thing to do is just send it out to everyone because all of us want us to do is just say, yes, I'm interested if they want more information. 3:10 If they're not interested, they can reply, stop, to opt out or they can just not respond at all. You can also send booster shots to your cycle list. 3:19 So these are people that haven't responded to a campaign we brought them through marketing what they haven't responded to that particular offer. 3:25 We can also reach out to those people just because these people stop responding doesn't mean they're lost forever right and people get busy situations change using the booster shot. 3:34 We can reach out to those people at a later date and get them to come in and this is how you really squeeze the juice out of your marketing right. 3:40 You can run a Facebook campaign but only a percentage like 30% of those leads may book. The other 70% they're so interested right so we want to keep them in the database so we can reach out to them at a later date. 3:52 By the way, when we send it a booster shot to your entire database, we always include the recycle list. But there's also the option to just send it to the recycle list alone. 4:00 Next, you can also send offers to a select group of people. So for example, you may want to send an offer out to just people who are not actively coming in for injectables. 4:10 For those, for that campaign, you can send these people an offer for Botox. Another one is if you have a membership program, you can send the membership offer to everyone who isn't in your membership. 4:20 So segmenting the list, it really depends on what CRM you have and if you already have that segmented in your main CRM. 4:26 So just ask one of our marketing coaches how you can send a booster shot out to a segmented list. How often can you run a booster shot campaign? 4:33 So we recommend every 30 to 60 days, generally you don't want to send it more often than every month.
