Word Of Mouth VS Online Advertising
If you get most of your business through word of mouth, realize that the quality of leads acquired through online ads will be LOWER.
This is because these people have never heard of you. They are strangers who need “warming up”.
However, unlike referrals… online advertising is consistent and predictable… so we can depend on it every single month.
Ads will also allow you to grow your business much faster. (It’s way more fun too 😉)

0:00 Alright, in this quick video, we're gonna do an overview of meta-ads. So meta-ads is Facebook and Instagram, right? These are the two platforms under the meta umbrella, and this is usually the primary method of generating new patient appointments with our program.
0:15 We have lots of clients who are actually generating more appointments with their referral program, but by and large, um, most of our clients are using meta-ads to bring in new clients.
0:23 It's really important that when you launch ads, you have to have the proper expectations, right? So if you get most of the business, most of your business through word of mouth, you need to realize that the quality of leads that are coming in through meta will be lower.

0:42 If they've never heard of you before, you need to understand they must be warmed up. It's going to generally be harder to sell them than a referral client who's coming in.
0:51 The cool thing though is online advertising is consistent and predictable. Although I managed to actually have to change this because with our program you can actually make referrals very predictable using our referral program.
