System Overview and Making Modifications
The system has 3 components:
- The website appointment request form.
- The website appointment request page/funnel.
- The website appointment request automation.

0:01 Okay, so in this video, I just want to provide a brief overview of how the system works and then how you can make modifications So there's essentially three components to the system which is the appointment request form, the appointment request page, and then the appointment request automation.
0:16 So if we go to the form by going to sites, forms, and then website request, request form. This is where you can make style adjustments to, everything that's on this page.
0:30 So, So in a previous video, we went through how to actually update the requested service and prefer a day and appointment.
0:37 But in this video, I'm just going to show you how you can make basic adjustments. So this slider right here will kind of walk you through all the different things you can adjust.
0:45 So you can change the button colors, the text color, the font types, all that stuff. And if you need extra help with this, we recommend hopping on to one of our calls, which we have Monday to Thursday.
0:57 But this is basically the place you're going to go if you'd like to adjust the styling of the website appointment request form.
1:03 So the next thing that you can adjust is the website appointment request page. So if you go to funnels and then you go to appointment request page and then go to website request, then you can actually open the editor here.
1:18 And then this is where you can make any adjustments you'd like to the text on the actual page. So, this form is being pulled from that previous area and everything else about the page can be adjusted directly on this page.
1:32 And then you can also see the second page by going to website thank you, so this is set to go to next page or go to next step on completion, so if we go to the next page here, this is where we can adjust what people are going to see after.
1:46 So by default, we have it to have it set like this, so it's just going to say request received and then have a little bit more information about what's going to happen and then this is going to pull all the information automatically from your account so it'll say your location name, address and full
2:01 number. And this is going to be adjusted however you like. So finally, we have our appointment request automation. So to access this, you're going to go to automations and then you're going to go to add on systems and then you're going to see website appointment request.
2:17 So this gets fired by our website appointment request form and when that gets completed it's going to automatically send a message to the contact so this will say thanks for contacting us at location name we'll we've received your message and a team member will be reaching out shortly so this is how
2:35 it's going to show up for the client as soon as they send a message they're going to receive this and then what happens next is it's going to read an opportunity.
2:46 So this is going to be in the sales pipeline in the hot lead stage and it's going to have the source website.
2:52 And then finally, it's going to send you an email notification as well as an SMS notification. So if you want to make any adjustments to this, you can.
