The purpose of this system is to provide a fast, frictionless experience for clients to request an appointment that is fully integrated with GHL.

  1. We provide you with an appointment request form that can be linked or embedded in your website.
  2. The appointment request form collects contact details, requested service, and preferred appointment time.
  3. Once completed, the contact is added to the “Track Leads” tab and sent an automated text.
  4. You receive a notification with the details of the client’s appointment request.

💡 This is an appointment request system, and does not integrate directly with a calendar. After receiving the request, you must call or text the lead to complete the booking.

0:01 Hey there, this is Jordan here with Forever Booked, and in this video I'm going to be walking through our website appointment request system and how it works. 0:31 is currently embedded in one of our client's websites. And you can see it's very simple. They just add their contact information, the service that they are interested in, and then they can submit the request. 0:42 And so you can either embed it directly in your website like it's done here, or you can have this linked out into a separate URL that we provide. 0:52 So this is an example page that includes the appointment request form, and you can just simply add this as a link on your website And that's often the easiest way to integrate this and get it set up really quickly. 1:04 So the way that this works is once someone fills out all of their information, so they'll put their information here. 1:10 And by default, we actually have a default date requested and preferred time for appointment. This client doesn't actually have that within their form, but this is what we provide by default so that somebody can actually give you a time and time of data they are interested in coming in. 1:25 So, once they input this information, the information then gets sent to you through the notification. So, you'll end up seeing a hot lead notification. 1:37 That includes the person's contact information. So it'll say, website lead and then it will provide you the information that that person filled out. 1:45 And then it's going to send a automated message to that person as well so that they, so that the conversation can get started. 1:52 So we'll say thanks for contacting us and then a team member will be reaching it shortly and you can modify this later on This is just what we have by default and in addition to them getting sent to text and then you receiving notification We're also going to notice them pop up in the opportunities area 2:08 as a website lead So that's how the system works the idea is to make it easy and frictionless for a person to be able to contact you and request an appointment a lot of the times many booking software they require you to create a user account and add all this extra information and most of the time that 2:29 just creates so much friction that people end up not doing it at all and then you miss it on all of those leads. 2:33 So the idea with this system is to make it quick seamless for somebody to contact you and request an appointment and for you to easily follow up with them and have everything integrated directly with your software so that they can be managed quickly and effectively from within this portal. 2:50 So that's it for this video.
