0:00 Hey, this is Jordan here with Forever Booked and in this video, I mean, we'll be walking through the configuration steps for your website appointment and request form So, as you can see on the form, we have a section for requested service and then preferred day for the appointment and preferred time 0:15 for the appointment So, within this requested service drop down, there's gonna be different options where people can request the type of appointment that they're looking to book And then down here, we can see the preferred day for an appointment And this you might need to adjust if you have different 0:30 days of appointment the week available, and again, down here you might need to adjust this if you have different times. 0:35 So in order to do this, we're going to go into the Forever Booked app, and then we're going to go down to Settings, and then we're going to open up this Custom Field section. 0:45 Now once in here we're going to select Folders, and then we're going to go to Additional Info. And then once we've opened Additional Info, there's going to be some options up here that we're going to select and make adjustments too. 0:57 So, for the preferred appointment time at the top, you want to click these three buttons here and then go to edit. 1:03 And then this is where you can make any adjustments that you like. So, if you'd like to remove one of these, you can click the trash bin, or if you'd like to add an option, you can add these here. 1:12 Now, what we recommend doing is keeping these limited. Again, remember, these are just appointment requests, and so they don't need to be super specific. 1:21 You just want to get people to provide a general time that they'd like to come in. So we recommend keeping them AM lunchtime and then PM and then following those general guidelines you don't need to add you know hourly options for people to select that's not necessary. 1:36 So once you've done that you want to go to the appointment types and the end click edit and this is our default setup right here but what you're likely going to see is all the different services that you have filled out in your onboarding survey and they'll be filled in here. 1:54 And so what you need to do is just go into each of these and then add them, take them away or add them. 2:00 So maybe you have either facial, maybe you have Botox, and then you can just go along here. And some of our clients like to also add the amount of time that it takes or the approximate amount of time. 2:14 So that shows. And you don't need to edit both of these. Just need to edit one. This is just going to be for an internal reference. 2:23 And So I'm just going to add these and save them so I can show you what they end up looking like on the form. 2:29 So those are the two that you need to adjust and then I'm just going to go back to this form here and reload it. 2:37 And what you can see now is that these have updated. And when your customer comes to this page they're going to see these and they can then select the service that you've adjusted here and they'll have the correct days and appointment times. 2:52 And it looks like I missed the days for the appointment, so I covered preferred time appointment. You also need to adjust the day, and then to do that, you just go to preferred appointment day, click these three buttons here again, and then you can adjust these like so. 3:07 You just remove if you'd like to, or you can add an option if you'd like to as well.
