So at this point, you should have already watched the overview video to understand what the referral system is, the benefits, uh, why we structure it the way we do. 0:12 And at this point, you're ready to set it up for your business. So if you just sign up with us, if you go to your software sidebar and click add referral, it's going to open up this page here. 0:30 and all you need to do, fill out your business name and it will take us one to two business days to set this up. 0:36 Once we set it up, we're gonna send you a notification letting you know that the referral system is ready. So, when you first sign up with us, you click this link, it's gonna go to the request form, but once it's set up, if you click this link, it's gonna go to the actual form that you use to submit 0:51 referrals and I'll talk about that in the user guide. So, first step is to open up the page, fill out your business information in this request form, click submit request. 1:00 We're going to take up to 48 business hours to set up your system. We'll send you notification. And then the in the meantime, you want to complete the setup checklist to make sure that you're ready to start implementing your referral program. 1:12 So the first thing is to implement a form completion incentive. I talk about this in the overview video. So the best results is just a $10 Starbucks gift card. 1:22 So you give people a $10 gift card as an incentive for completing the form.
