00:03 All right. Let me move that out of my way now. There we go. Okay. So Dr. Wong, because you hopped in right at the end, what I'm doing is I'm going over a new tool for teams to use to start planning their marketing ahead of time. 00:18 That way they can have a plan for the year and it's not something that people are scrambling every few weeks or months to figure out what they're going to do next. 00:25 I was going over the first page, which is annual goals and recommending picking three or less, depending on what your goals are revenue or getting a certain device up and running and getting it at its own patient base, or if it's having a certain amount of patients by the end of the year, picking simple 00:42 , obtainable goal in the one thing is because you can probably relate to this and you missed it. Dr. Wong is as business owners. 00:49 We like to set tons and dozens of really big goals for our companies. But then if we don't meet them, it holds us back. 00:56 But then if we aren't focused on just a few goals, then we have a bunch of goals that maybe quarter the way halfway got met. 01:02 And it's not very motivating for your business when you don't feel like you're making progress. Initiatives is the second one. 01:09 So we're constantly rolling out new tools for you guys, constantly adding new features. But the problem is we have no way to implement people actually initializing any of those tools into their business. 01:22 So when starting out in the year, knowing that every year we might roll out new stuff and throughout the year, sometimes we even roll out new stuff, but setting initiatives. 01:29 So for 2025, the three things I want to set up might be Google ads. It might be implementing the referral system. 01:36 It might be getting my membership launched and successful. Those are smaller and more attainable things too, but there are also things that our team provides support for. 01:45 So getting initiative setup or making sure that you have more than one avenue of income, we find that a lot of times people start with us they set up meta ads and then they spend almost their first entire year of assessing over getting meta ads exactly right. 02:01 When there are so many other tools that they could be using so that the pressure isn't all in one string. 02:07 This is why I wanted to add the initiatives on here for you guys. now for the fun stuff is setting up your campaigns throughout the year. 02:16 Let's say you have on the support call and you meet with a marketing coach and instead of just planning tomorrow's campaign that you're trying to get set up for this week. 02:24 You can sit down and say, hey, I want to set up the next six months, at least some rough draft and ideas, or you can do this on your own if you're comfortable with the software. 02:31 What this means is that you could book, you could get your campaign set up all the way out until June. 02:37 Have what service are they going to be running on? Is this going to be an SMS campaign? Is it going to be a meta or Google to drop down through already there? 02:44 So all you have to do is select them. What it's going to build up platform is going to be on. 02:48 If you are a team, if you're a big enough clinic to where you can delegate this column will be useful for you. 02:54 If you're not and you're still at the point where you're doing it yourself, then that's fine. you won't really need this one, but if you have staff that you want to be helping you, you can add your staff member names in here and actually have who it's assigned to, who's supposed to be responsible for 03:07 getting either the assets together or who's responsible for launching a campaign. Status is, are you still planning or is it on hold? 03:17 Is it already developed? Did you need to review it with a coach? So this makes it easier too because if you set up a bunch of campaigns ahead of time, you can always say, hey, knobs, can you go take a look at my annual plan and look at my Valentine's Day campaign and let me know if you have any feedback 03:32 . Because this one here for assets, what I recommend people doing is linking your Canva file here. Because if you link your Canva file and what I also recommend doing, I'm going to show an example of it real quick, is let's go in here and look at the campaign catalog for a second. 03:47 I want to open any campaign. You get this document when you can look at campaigns and see what you're doing but then you also get the media file. 03:56 What I recommend teams to do when you open this media file and you make a copy so that you have your own because you're going to modify it to make it your own is to add a page at the bottom or the top so if I add a page I want to make the background for this one white that'll let me and I'm going to 04:16 go ahead and grab my copy here because now if I'm modifying the copy I can have all of my asset in one spot, so that would look like this. 04:31 Now everything I need to verify my campaign looks good, the copy, if I take this link, and I put it in here, let's say I've customized it. 04:43 Now I have the link to my assets in here, I can click or I can ask someone to review them and when they open it, they're going to see everything I have. 04:50 And it also means that if you do need to delegate it, or you are saving it for the future, when you hop onto a call, everything you need is arguing to be together. 04:58 It's going to be planned. Making a plan like this ahead of time takes that weight of juggling things with us up until the day it happens, because I find that most of the time clinics are constantly hopping back on to support. 05:11 And it's like a week-long process to get a campaign tailor and built out. doing this takes that task and makes the rest of your year a lot easier or the rest of you if you do it quarterly or you do it every six months because you can ask people to easily review it. 05:25 Hey, we're coming up on February 3rd, it's the end of January, reach out to a marketing coach. Can you please review what I have for a launch next week and make sure everything looks good? 05:34 Then everything's already prepped and runny. This is a tool I know that is it's going to be a commitment issue with clinics getting them to stick to using it. 05:43 So what I recommend is if you do want this when I post in school the recording of this fall just go ahead and comment on there that you want the annual plan and I will send it eventually it's going to be a tool that shows up in your resources but what I recommend doing is setting a goal to have at least 06:00 six months built out in the next week or so even if it's not fully fleshed out just get yourself to go in there or ask marketing coaches it's going to be spring what's going to be best for spring. 06:11 Laser hair removal might be good for spring. Weight loss is good for spring. So they can help you decide what kind of campaigns you want to do. 06:18 Getting your skin ready is good for spring. So it's your last window for laser treatments. You get in there for spring you can do. 06:24 These are things that can help your marketing coach team can help you build this out that way throughout spring and summer and even next fall if you want. 06:32 You have ideas in here ready to go and get built out. I recommend at least trying to get six months planned out next week. 06:39 That way you can say, hey, for the end of the year, this whole year, I've already got six months of marketing planned out. 06:46 And your gears were already returning with ideas that you wouldn't have thought of if you were just in the moment trying to come up with stuff on the spot. 06:53 So it gives you an opportunity to be way more creative with your offers when you're setting them up as well. 06:59 Same thing, but for the campaign for the social planner. A lot of teams don't realize we have a social planner built into their software that they can use to actually manage their emails and their social planner in here. 07:11 So one thing I recommend doing is if you already have a good, like I know Dr. Wong, I've looked at follow you guys on Instagram. 07:21 You guys have a pretty good flow on Instagram that you guys use, but for some clinics where getting their social planner built up, having the support of our team, we're gonna be releasing a lot of templates for you guys too soon. 07:33 This is something that's in progress now, but landing your socials, I know there's no instant gratification from having your socials up, but I promise you in the long run, your socials being full. 07:44 So even if you're just new or you're just opening six months from now, if you're social media is empty and someone's coming to consider your clinic, they account almost just the same as the Google reviews. 07:55 You don't really exist yet, there's no, they don't get to see you or get to know you. So leverage having healthy socials and running as also a tool to help back up your company to help back up so when clients go to look they can actually get to know you guys and see you because a lot of times that's 08:13 a factor in them deciding. Plus we've also learned and I'll leave that to moms in the future. But boosting social posts is another great way to get people in the door. 08:23 But I'll that will give you a sneak peek on that one later. So, this is very similar, but it's more of your social planner. 08:29 If you have a team member that's already in charge of doing this, if you have them do it in here and plan everything out and share assets, you can monitor it and make sure it's steady or at least see what's going on if you're not doing it yourself, or if you are doing it yourself, you can do the same 08:42 thing. You can plan your post-out for the next two months in here if you wanted to, just link assets and ideas, because doing that will help you generate more and more ideas it's in different things you could do and then I'm going to hop into. 08:58 I don't know who all saw knobs as post either, but I wanted to make an announcement for knobs too because moving forward, we're going to start being more structured with the success accelerators. 09:09 We're going to have themes every week, so it might start with a little Q&A that way you guys can get out any of your big questions that you wanted to ask on here or end with the Q&A, that way you can ask none of the questions you guys had about the topic that she's covering. 09:24 But one of the things, one of the reasons we're doing this is because we can see different problems in the struggle areas on those support calls, things that happen to more than just one of you that might be having multiple clinics or things that people commonly have issues with, theming it this way. 09:40 Now that we're going into the new year, we'll give us a way to provide answers for all of those things in a collective way, And then it'll also give us chances to hear feedback from you guys on whether or not those things are working or where they can be approved, improved and help us build out more 09:54 and more resources for you guys. Which one thing what's the one thing that that means it's not just going to be taking over the success accelerators I will still try to be here as often as possible to also answer questions at the end of the call, but she will be your formal success accelerator leader 10:09 starting next week. And I hope y'all are good to her because Nams is like a master over here. She's been doing the stuff for a very long time. 10:17 So I'm excited. She's got some stuff in store for you guys already. What are you gonna be doing Anna? Working on stuff for you guys. 10:26 What do you think I'm gonna be doing this? You can't just abandon us like that. I would never trust me. 10:33 I help keep the boat afloat. I'm the one who brings you guys up a bunch of new shiny tools and stuff. 10:37 Okay, I love Nams. Nams is great. Nams is awesome. She rocks. So one thing I want to say, anyone have any questions? 10:46 I know Alice, you jumped in at the end of this one, so you probably didn't get to see it, but it is a planner for campaigns that I went over with the teams. 10:54 Yes, I just want to know where you found it. Is it just on where did you click? Well, I didn't, that's one of the things at the beginning. 11:02 If you want a copy of this, let me know at the end What I'm going to do is I'm going to make a post this afternoon with the recording of this call and I'll have you guys comment on that one because while eventually it will show up in resources because we're redoing the side bar over here. 11:18 It's not in there yet, so it's by request. I think Sarah is the only one on here who's got one. 11:24 So she can, after this I'll ask her her experience with it so far, but let me know if the link accidentally fell in the chat would that be some mystery. 11:35 Yeah, it would be. I don't know how that could possibly happen. Just make sure that when you open it, you do file make a copy. 11:45 That way you can actually use it. And I'll share that now. And my challenge for you guys is to actually use it. 12:01 Because I know that starting new habits and starting to use new tools can seem daunting. But if you just make yourself commit to doing as much as you can in one week, even if you only get the next three months planned out Make yourself use it because then the rewards you're gonna get over those next 12:18 few weeks are going to encourage you to keep doing it Because you're gonna have so much more time to work on your business And you're gonna actually have a bird's-eye perspective of your campaign planning and what it actually looks like That's like leveling up your marketing skills and learning to look 12:34 at your campaigns and all of your marketing endeavors for a year as a whole. Instead of getting caught up in that last minute, I need to give on support to figure out why my campaign is not working. 12:43 You might have something lined up. Don't be afraid to put a backup. So 149 facial primary and then 299 IPL backup. 12:52 Maybe you didn't plan to run the IPL, but you put it there in case the facial didn't pay off the way you wanted. 12:58 You can use this tool in so many different ways so that marketing isn't your enemy anymore because that's what all the marketing coaches are trying to do in their heads for you guys when they're meeting with you, they're trying to figure out how can we pivot what can we do. 13:12 If you guys have this bird's eye view of your campaign planning, it's going to give you a little bit more power than you would have had otherwise and a bigger picture of your year and your marketing towards the end of the year. 13:23 I'll answer it later. Yeah. Hey, Anna, quick question for you. Sorry, can you hear me? It's my, my gone. Okay. 13:30 I got nothing to do with this. Can you take like about 30 seconds or like one minute? I just want to know what your background is. 13:36 How are you so awesome in making all these things? I have been in consulting for over a decade and marketing for the same. 13:44 So my, my specialty has always been marketing and public relations. So it's my, my niche. And then, of course, with Forever Book for the past three years, and I've fully focused on Med Spa's in that time period. 13:58 So all of those wonderful skills that I have have now been funneled and zoned in just on you guys. Which is nice. 14:09 I enjoy it. It's nice being a part of something. I used to always be a solopreneur like you guys. Self-employed. 14:15 I have my own business. I enjoy this. I love it. Thank you. Thank you. I appreciate you very welcome.
