The purpose of this system is to provide a fast, frictionless experience for clients to request an appointment that is fully integrated with GHL.

How It Works

  1. We provide you with an appointment request form that can be linked or embedded in your website
  1. The appointment request form collects contact details, requested service, and preferred appointment time
  1. Once filled out, the contact is added to opportunities, and set an automated text
  1. You receive a notification with the details of the clients appointment request

This is an appointment request system, and does not integrate directly with a calendar. After receiving the request, you call or text to complete the booking.

How To Set Up

Configure Form Options

Follow the video for complete instructions. You will need to:

  • Confirm/update available service options
  • Confirm/update time slots available to request an appointment

Website Integration

You can embed the form directly into your website, or you can link to a page with the form directly from your website. If you have access to your website

How to find form URL or embed code

Once you have the form URL or embed code, you will need to make the adjustments in your website. You can contact your webmaster - or join one of our daily calls for guidance (Access our schedule here)

Maximizing Leads: Do not make people dig to find the form. It should be front and centre, brightly coloured, and placed on every page in the website. The easier it is to find, the more leads you will generate.
