All Star Team Building Checklist

This checklist is designed to ensure that everyone on your team is aligned with your mission, knows their responsibilities, and has the tools and resources they need to execute. This process is critical to business growth. Without a winning team, you can’t win.

Step #1: On-Board All Team Members

We have created a short, 15 minute quick start guide to bring your team up to speed on the forever booked program. Every team member should complete this.

Option 1: Send your team members to our Quick Start Guide, and instruct them to complete the checklist.

Step #2: Hold A Team Meeting

The goal of the team meeting is to align on the mission, delegate responsibilities, and ensure that everyone has the resources they need, and understands how to how to get help.

Meeting Agenda

  1. Ensure that all team members have completed the team member quick start checklist
  1. Review the action steps in your Transformation Plan
  1. Review and delegate the core responsibilities below. If you have multiple team members, add an assignee to each step of your transformation plan.
  1. Ensure that everyone has access to their resource page

Key Team Roles

Building Offers & Running Campaigns Responsible for deciding on offer structure, building campaigns, and running them through our software.

Lead Follow Up & Appointment Booking Responsible for calling/texting hot leads generated from campaigns, collecting pre-payment, and scheduling appointments.

Creating Packages & Performing Consultations Responsible for setting up sales/consultation environment, building packages, and completing consultations to sell services.
