Team Engagement Checklist
Growing a med spa is a team sport! This is why we designed our program to be implemented as a team.
Complete the checklist below to ensure everyone on your team is aligned with our program, knows their responsibilities, and has the resources needed to execute.
Step #1: Add Team Members To our Software Suite
To add new software users, fill out the Software User Request Form.
Step #2: Hold A Team Meeting
The purpose of this team meeting is to:
- Align your team with our program
- Delegate responsibilities
- Ensure everyone has their required resources and knows how to access support
Meeting Agenda
- Go through the START HERE module. This will give your team a quick introduction to our program.
- Ensure all relevant team members are added to Skool
- Review and delegate the core responsibilities. Listed below:
Key Team Roles
Marketing Coordinator: In smaller clinics, this will most often be the owner-operator. This person is responsible for the overall implementation of the Forever Booked program.
Appointment Coordinator(s): Responsible for calling/texting leads generated from Forever Booked campaigns, collecting pre-payment, and scheduling appointments.
Treatment Consultant(s): Responsible for performing consultations and closing packages. In many clinics, they will also be performing treatments and carrying out treatment plans.
Providers: Responsible for performing treatments and carrying out treatment plans.
Step #3: Grant Software Accounts To Relevant Team Members
Upon signup, the purchaser of our program was sent a login for our software located at app.foreverbooked.com. If you cannot find this login, please email us at support@foreverbooked.com.
We recommend creating a software account for each Appointment Coordinator to track their activity.
To add new software users, fill out the Software User Request Form.
You can also create accounts for Treatment Consultants & Providers so they can follow up with clients and track sales outcomes.
