Mindset #1: You don’t have time not to

People who say ā€œI don’t have time for thisā€, end up paying the tab later…

→ People who don’t invest in their health will spend that time later in a hospital bed.

→ People who don’t care for their skin have to spend more on treatments.

→ People who ā€œdon’t have timeā€ for 10 minutes of morning meditation will waste that 10 minutes distracted on social media.

→ People who neglect marketing now will need to fix a broken business later.

This is why you need to make time for this program.

  1. You know you need to grow your business.
  2. You know that solid marketing is required for growth.
  3. You now know that marketing should not be outsourced.

As the owner of your business, you are solely held responsible for its success.

Pay the tax now or pay it later + lots of interest.

Mindset #2: Difficult is good

The harder something is, the bigger the prize behind it.

Is your market super competitive?

Great. It’s competitive because there’s money. Money that people should be spending at your clinic.

Is it difficult to get Facebook ads to work in your area?

Good. That means it’s hard for everyone else (many of whom have already given up). Once you figure it out, you’ll have fewer people to compete with.

Do the leads suck?

Good. Every difficult lead is a chance to refine your sales process. Your sales process should be optimized for extremely difficult-to-sell leads, not lay-down sales.

The above quote may be corny, but it’s true.

Expect the leads to be terrible. Use every difficulty as an opportunity to get better. This is how you become unstoppable in your market.

Mindset #3: Selling is good

The mainstream ā€œsales is badā€ narrative is total B.S.

Avoiding sales hurts your business and your clients.

You must adopt a positive mindset around sales to succeed with this program.

0:00 Alright, in this video I'm going to review three fundamental mindsets to ensure your success with this program So the first mindset is you don't have time not to So a lot of people, um, with this program they will say I don't have time to do marketing, I don't have time to invest in this program Well 0:17 , the truth is that people that don't have time for something they usually end up paying the tab later, right? So for example, people who don't invest in their health will spend time later in a hospital bed People who don't care for their skin, they don't have time to do that We're going to spend more 0:30 money on treatments. They'll have to spend more money people who don't have time for 10 minutes of morning Meditation, they're going to waste that 10 minutes anyways. 0:38 It's jacked on social media and people who neglect marketing now will need to fix a broken business Later so not having the time for marketing now you're going to eventually pay that tax later down the road Which is why you might as well spend the time now to get your marketing right in your clinic and 0:54 this is what this program is designed to do. So this is why you need to make time of this program, right? 0:59 You already know you need to grow your business. Mindset number two is difficult is good. So the harder something is, the bigger prize behind it, right? 1:36 A lot of people may say, well, my market's too competitive. Well, if it's competitive, great. It's competitive because there's money. 1:43 There's a reason it's competitive. It means there's people there that are spending money, right? So it's a good place to be in a competitive market. 1:50 Is it difficult to get Facebook ads to work in your area? This is also good because it means that everyone else is in the same boat, right? 1:57 Facebook ads aren't just difficult for you. They're actually difficult for everyone in your area. And so if you just persist longer than most other people and get them to work, you're actually going to be in a smaller pool of people because most of the people have already given up. 2:13 And if you want to even figure out if Facebook ads will work in your area, all you need do is just search up Facebook ads library and you can just search some of the clinics in your home in your town. 2:25 So you can just go to United States, you can search up an ad category and just search your business name or other business names and you can see if they're running ads. 2:34 And if you don't think Facebook ads work, I bet you're going to be able to find some other clinics in your area who are already successfully running ads. 2:42 So if they're able to do it, but there's no reason that you can't do it as well. Do your lead suck? 2:47 Do your lead suck? Well, that is also good, because every unqualified or bad lead is actually a great chance to refine It's a corny And it's quote a smooth C never made a skilled sailor. 3:00 It's a corny quote, but it's true. Right. If you are Running your business in super easy conditions and never have to actually build these processes build these sales process in your clinic It's going to be a much less robust clinic than another clinic you actually had to build these out So expect the 3:16 leads to be terrible every bad leads an opportunity to improve your sales process This doesn't mean you're not going to get like really great leads to their program It's when you have the expectation that it's going to be more difficult. 3:27 It's going to really improve your chances of succeeding and getting a great result Mindset number three selling is good. So there's this mainstream narrative that, you know, selling is bad It's like the classic use car salesmen and if you have that Belief in your clinic or anyone in your staff has that 3:45 belief. It's going to sabotage your success, right? I can give you all the strategies and tactics your sales But if you, your staff have a fundamental belief that you're pushing people to sell you're being pushed you you're being salesy You shouldn't actually put the other packages for clients. 3:58 You shouldn't give them incentives if you have that belief It's gonna make it very difficult to succeed.
