Marking client payments is how you measure your ROI with Forever Booked.
Marking Payments via Opportunities
- Select the client in the Opportunities pipeline
- Update the “Status” to: Won
- Update “Opportunity Value” with the sale amount
- Hit “Update”

Marking Payments via Conversations
- Find the client in the Conversations tab
- Click the Opportunities icon on the right
- Select the opportunity card
- Update the “Status” to: Won
- Update “Opportunity Value” with the sale amount
- Hit “Update”

NOTE: Make sure to mark the total sale value and not just the cash collected. For example, if you sell a $4000 package but collect $2000 up-front, record “4000” for the Opportunity Value.
