Managing SMS Campaigns

SMS Campaign Overview


Campaign Launch On the day your campaign launches, you will receive a notification email that the campaign is live.

Campaign Cadence Texts are sent Mon-Fri, at 10:30 am local time. If you would like this adjusted, please contact us.

SMS Daily Volume The maximum daily volume for new numbers is 100, and the maximum for accounts older than 1 week is 600. Daily sms volume will also be affected by the number of contacts in your database. We spread the campaign over multiple days to ensure manageable lead flow.

How To View & Update Campaign


Stop A Campaign

Select contacts → Bulk Actions → Actions → Pause

Restart A Campaign

Select contacts → Bulk Actions → Actions → Resume

View Campaign Progress

Open Contacts >> Bulk Actions >> and find your booster shot and locate the status column.

The status of your booster shot will be Queued (it has not yet started), Processing (it is underway), Cancelled, or Complete. If underway, you can view the completion percentage.

Select “View Details” to review the campaign details.

Scheduled Start: When the campaign is set to launch.

Next Processing On: The next day that texts will send

Progress: The percentage of your selected contacts that have received the campaign

Process During: The hours of the day the texts will send

Processing Allowed On: Days of the week texts will send

Delay Between Batches: Days between campaign batches

Batch Quantity: Daily SMS volume
