How To Create An Offer

All right, welcome to the Campaign Builder. What you're looking at right now is the first step of the campaign Builder where you build your offers. So I'm going to get into this, but really quickly. I want to go over some steps for when you're opening this for the first time. So the first thing you want to do is click on this settings icon right here and just configure some quick, clinic settings. so the brand info, you can actually pull it from your main go high level book software account. So if you click this button, it will import that data. anything's missing you can just update it manually. Then you have your meta ad conditions. So these are any conditions that you have when you run your ads. I personally recommend just setting it to one per client because you know, some people want to do new patients only, but oftentimes you have patients who haven't been in in a while. They'll see your ad and that will actually reactivate them. so you don't want to restrict those clients from coming in. So I recommend setting it to one per client. Then you have your trust signals. So these are your most impressive social proof and credibility signals. You want to pick three to five signals and then add them here. so if you've been in business for a really long time, if you're doctor owned and managed if you have a ton of great Google reviews, if you have any rewards or accolades, include that here. And every time you create ad copy that will be listed at the bottom of your copy to really entice people and just put them over the edge to choose your clinic instead of someone else. then you have your brand colors. So your background, accent and text. And this will carry over to your creatives when you make them your brand font and your logo as well, which will also transfer over to your creatives. So once you're happy with that, just hit save and now you can start building your offer. you can also click this icon to upload content to the builder. You're a lot of clinics prefer to do this at the start. So they can just upload all their content to begin with, and then they can use that content in their campaigns. So you can upload new content here from your computer. You can drop one of your Instagram posts, and it will extract that content from your Instagram post, which is super helpful. And then once you've uploaded everything, it's going to land in your library. and then when you create your campaigns, you can pull this content to set up your creatives. So the first step is pretty straightforward. You're just going to click new offer here and then it's going to show you all the offer templates. So we have our, all of our top performing offer templates here. Let's pick the buy by doublechain as an example. And before you click the offer, you can also open up a preview in Canva. So on top of the creatives that we're going to help you make in the software itself, we also have our legacy Canva templates. We have a ton of great high performing offer creatives on here, which which you can also use in your campaigns. So what you can do, just hit file, make a copy and you can create a copy of that campaign for your own use. Okay, so let's use the Buy by Double Chin. We're going to hit use template. By the way, you can also create an offer from scratch as well. If you hit start blank, it will just create a blank offer calculator. But in this case we have the Buy by Double Chin. You can change the offer manually. You can also suggest offer names with AI. if you want to think of a better offer name consultation name, it's super important to include a consultation in every offer and and ideally give it a name that's related to the result that you're producing. So for this buy by Double Chin, we have a jawline contour assessment. Because the goal is to contour your jawline with this offer. Then you have the item name. So these are the actual items and in the offer the bread and butter that's going to create the results. So we have a double chain contouring treatment, jawline contour home care kit and then a beauty credit. So I always recommend including a beauty credit. And what you do is it's only available the second visit, so this encourages someone to come back a second time to use that credit. The home care kit. Lots of clinics have different ways to do this, but essentially it can be, you know, travel size packs or additional, any additional goodies that you have in inventory that you can include as a little take home kit to go with the offer. And and then of course you have the treatments themselves. and then at the bottom here you select the price. So this is what someone's going to pay. We can increase it here. Let's say it's going to be 157, then it's going to calculate the total value, what customers pay, the savings and the discount. Finally we have scarcity spots. this is to produce scarcity in the ad copy and and we recommend setting it to 10 as the default. so that's it. It's pretty straightforward. This is meant for you to quickly spin up offers, leveraging what already works and while customizing it. So it's unique to you.
