0:00 All right, welcome to this video where I'm going to be explaining the booster shot phone call script. So this is the script that you're going to be using whenever you make contact with a prospect that was reactivated through the booster shot campaign, which is where we SMS and text messages to your database
0:18 with an offer. So this, this, this, the script, it's purposefully very minimalist and very basic because, uh, these are often like existing clients that you're contacting and you, you don't want to be too scripted with it, right?
0:30 So it's a very basic script. These calls are usually quite easy because these clients already know like and trust you.
0:36 So they're usually pretty easy to book. So the first thing you want to do is click file, make a copy because this is just a template you can edit it.
0:42 So if you go to file and then, whereas it make a copy, you can make a copy for your own use and put it in your own Google drive.
0:50 The next thing you want to do is make sure you've reviewed the booster shot training model and module in school.
0:54 There's a full, um, you know, training module that walks through exactly how the campaign works. Um, And it's really important to understand how the campaign works and its entirety before actually using the scripts and the script, it's a guide only.
1:08 You'll want to adapt it to your clinic once you have a few calls with this booster shot. You can make any changes to improve the effectiveness of it.
1:16 So here's the script. Very simple. When they pick up, you just say, Hey, there, it's great. And with X, Y, Z medical spa is this Jane or whatever their name is.
1:24 They're going to say, Yes. Okay, perfect. I'm responding to your request. Learn more about the special name we sent you.
1:29 And the special name is going to be. Let's say if you sent a package for the unrirescue package, you call the unrirescue package.
1:35 If you don't have a name for it, you just be like, Yeah, I'm calling to you. Reach you about the under I special that we sent.
1:41 They're going to say perfect. Let's see here. Oh, I guess I have to change that there. It's not supposed to be highlighted.
1:49 So if they're an existing patient, um, who you know, it's going to be different, right? So if they're an existing patient, you may, you know, have some small talk.
1:56 You may catch up for a bit. You just have to modify depending on here actually calling. So they're going to say, Yes, sure.
2:02 And then once you've had some small talk, you can, you can say great. So right now we have a new special.
2:06 It's called X, Y, Z or package offer name. You can just describe the benefits of your package. So you should know like how the package works, the benefits of it.
2:14 You're going to say this packed so great. We've had a lot of people express interest in their under eye circles area.
2:20 Let's say we're doing an under eye circles campaign. There's so many people, you know, you have bags. They have like dark under eye circles.
2:27 And the great news is that we have an incredible new program. that combines different treatments together to really get people amazing results.
2:34 And we actually have different price points for the package because everyone's different. But the first step is to actually get you in with the consultation with consulted consultant, esthetician, doctor who's ever doing the consultant.
2:44 You can hype them up that they want. If they're really good at that particular thing like under eye circles, you can mention that.
2:50 And they do the advanced treatments and they will figure out which plan is best for you. How does that sound?
2:55 You can ask them that. And at that point, like it may just be very easy to book the appointment, you can get the books in.
3:00 or they're going to have additional questions. In that case, you just go through the questions, you know, make them feel comfortable about coming in.
3:07 And then finally, you're going to proceed to booking the appointment. Now, the in terms of like collecting into positive and all those other details of booking, I'll go through the booster shot module training.
3:17 It will give you all the specifics for that. This document is just for the script itself. So yeah, very simple script.
3:23 Make sure you print this off and modify it for your clinic. The script is important, but the even more important thing with the booster shot is speed to lead.
3:32 As soon as we send you someone who's interested or as soon as the system identifies someone who wants to be contacted, you need to contact them right away.
3:40 It's way more important to contact people quickly than spend a lot of time refining a script. They're both important, but speed to lead is the most important thing.
3:47 So when you do launch your campaign, make sure that you have someone or multiple people dedicated to reaching out to these people who are interested.
